I'd love too, but I know of no classes, or instructors, anywhere, withing a 100 mile radius. ><

I spent the majority of my life up to this point (when I moved) having to travel 100 miles every time I wanted to play Magic the Gathering or any other card game, any sort of tabletop games, see any concerts of any kind, go to any good book stores, see any ******** signs of civilization....you get the picture.

Basically: I feel your pain.

I don't take any classes, but I practice "free form" Kundalini yoga and basic stretches/postering to help the body-mind connection and release excess energy.

I'm surprised they're teaching Kundalini yoga to the public! In my opinion, it goes well-beyond basic body posturing and opens the door to mental/character problems to those without requisite discipline.

We have a bunch of yoga dvds, so i tried it. It was fun! But I really want to go to a yoga class.
