Verucca  I am writing a paper about my Utopia and I need ideas. Serious ideas.Well my philosophy is, nothing's new under the sun that being said there are many utopian societies in movies already... so pick one of them... I'd probably go with Libria, the city from Equilibrium.

Some people say New Zealand is a utopia but that is just one of those terrible misinformed things.
Also I did this study on the movie Gattaca. (I'm sure you've seen it) Anyway they aimed for a perfect society, a utopia. What they ended up with was an empty distopian society. blah blah.

We have read so many freaking stories on attempted utopias turned totalitarian societies. Its like thats all that anyone ever writes about any more! Not really because the stories are all fecking old but they make us read thema nyway
The Giver, Fahrenheit 451, 1985, and now Anthem all in the last couple years.

Not really because the stories are all fecking old but they make us read thema nyway The Giver, Fahrenheit 451, 1985, and now Anthem all in the last couple years. Dont' forget Brave New World. xp
