Apollo shurgged. "You know there really could be. I dont' put it past that scary place." He kept walked until she stopped and said what she said.
"What was that? How did you know that? Is that your power?" Apollo asked with a cocked eyebrow and a smile. "I glow and can make light oh and make light things. Which is helpful with my dad."

She darkly blushed, nodding slightly. "I can only sometimes control it. Most of the time, whenever I touch something..." Dayht shook her head. "If I don't pull away fast enough, I get deep enough to red off what's actually inside the cell." sweatdrop "I don't even know what a cell is." The day pae remembered crying about her power, knowing that she could never touch anything and not suddenly spew out what it was made out of. Now she could sometimes repress it. Sometimes. It was a rare thing.

Apollo thought about that for a moment. "Really? Still, if might come in handy once in a while. Can you touch paes and know things too?" He asked as he looked to her. He glowed softly.

Dayht shook her head. "If I bump into a pae it doesn't happen, but I've never actually tried. I don't really like my power." Her face wringled up slightly in a frown. "It's a really frustrating one." She shook her head again, pale eyes on his glowing form. "I wonder why I didn't get a power like yours."

Apollo thought about it for a moment. "I'm sure if will come in handy when you really need it. I know I was given this for my parents. My dad sucks light away and lived in darkness. He found my mom and their love made me. So now they aren't in darkness anymore." He explained the best way he could. It was an interesting story to say the least.

A delighted smile lighted upon her face. "That is so sweet! You're like...a nightlight." The day pae lightly teased, winking to show it was all in good fun. She turned and started to walk again. "Come on! We wouldn't want it to turn dark on us before we even see anything."

"Yeah, and I can make things too. Which is fun really.l" Apollo knew she was only teasing. He liked that his power helped his father. Only bad thing was that he hated to leave his dad long.
"Even if we do I can light our way back!" Apollo chuckled then walked faster to catch up with Dayht.

She sharply pivited to walk backwards, sticking her tongue playfully at him. "Show of-" The ground under her feet suddenly gave way and she began to fall into the pit. A hunting trap.

Apollo smiled. "Well, that's always fun to do!" Showing off, of course. He wasked as the teen fae just fell into the ground. Apollo's mind reeled for a moment and his eyes darted back and forth.
"Are you okay?" Apollo called as he ran over to the edge off the pit. "Can you fly out? Do you need a rope? Or a light?" He made a small orb of light and tossed it into the hole.

A soft voice came from the hole. "Yeah, I'm okay." The light fell down next to her. Dayht was laying at the bottom about eight feet deep on her side. She forced herself to roll onto her back, wincing. "Yeah...of course...let me...catch my breath."

"Oh, good. I was so worried. Maybe I'll go down there. Just to make sure you are okay." He was worried and it wouldn't be right of him to wait for her.
Apollo floated down and landed next to her. He glowed a little brighter to make it better then just the orb. Apollo kneeled next to her. "Are you sure you're not hurt?"

She nodded, not about to make any admission about the minor pains. Dayht was a bit like her sister in that aspect she supposed, only while her sister was weakness, she just didn't want them to worry. With a light grunt, the day pae made her body sit up. "Yeah." She smiled at him. "don't worry about it."

Apollo frowned. "Are you sure? I can go and get something to help ya, if you want. Though, I think it's better if I stay till you can fly out." He nodded and sat down.
The whole wasn't too big and if it wasn't for Apollo's light it would be very dark. It was an odd hole, at least to Apollo. "What is this for?"

"Yeah." She nodded. "I'm not dead." Dayht lightly joked before looking about at the walls, her prison clearly lit by apollos light. Her eyes closed as she lightly groaned, falling back onto her back. "I feel like an idiot. This is one of Rakens holes!"

Apollo scrached his head. "One of who's holes? The one that saw a gaint squrrel? Why does he have this?" Apollo only about the things he read in books or what his mom and dad told him. Eclipse did't know too much either, so Apollo wasn't always the smartest.
