I've already seen most of the ones that have been reccomended, and those are my favourite dramas i've seen, so i would definately reccomend them. Here is one drama that has yet to be reccomended, but if you need it good cry, it definately will NOT dissapoint you: [Ichi Rittoru no Namida / One Litre of Tears / A Diary with Tears]  Genre: School, Romance, Health. Episodes:11 Starring:Sawajiri Erika as Ikeuchi Aya Synopsis:15-year-old Ikeuchi Aya was an ordinary girl, the daughter of a family who works at a tofu shop, and a soon-to-be high schooler. However, odd things have been happening to Aya lately. She has been falling down often and walks strange. Her mother, Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar degeneration - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least. How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on? This is based on a true story. After being diagnosed, her doctor told her to write in a diary, Aya's diary is one of the top selling books in Japan.

I watched "One Litre of Tears".
i almost cried like Paper_Penguin, but
I never cried, just almost did. >.>

Melanie is desperate to contact Noel so her friend Ronald, who secretly loves Melanie, gives her gifts such as a cell phone to call Noel. When Melanie's mother dies, Noel, his father, and Cynthia go to the Phillippines. Noel tries to make ammends with Melanie, but she rejects him. SHortly after the death of Melanie's mother, Noel's father dies. Noel goes back to Austrailia and marries Cynthia, while Melanie marries Ronald. However, Melanie and Noel aren't truly in love with their spouses. Will the two lovers ever find to make ammends with each other and have a happy ending? Sorry for the small picture. And there's my reccomendation, although it ended July 20th xD Maybe you could watch it on Youtube though.

Huang Zhu Ge Ge
I'm surprised no one these days mention this Taiwanese/Chinese drama series, considering it's popularity back then.
Set in the time of ancient China, Xiao Yan Zi ("Small Swallow") is a spunky eighteen-year old orphan. By fate, destiny, or her natural good luck (or bad luck), she meets Zi Wei and her maid during a robbery trip; and their encounter has drastically changed both Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei's life.
Zi Wei, in reality, is the current emperor's lost daughter. As the Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei become close friends, they eventually become sworn sisters. Because they believe sisters never lie or keep secrets from one another, Zi Wei tells Yan Zi of her secret.
Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei eventually try to climb over a mountain to find the king. However, due to Zi Wei's weak body, she tells Yan Zi to bring the items that will prove her identity to the king in her place.
And so when Yan Zi reaches where the king is supposedly, the hunting grounds, the fifth prince accidentally shoots her with an arrow. And the king, recognizing the items, mistakens Yan Zi as her daughter.
But while Xiao Yan Zi enjoys the warmth of a father she's never had, what will become of Zi Wei?
And so we have a story full of dangers: a brother falling for his new "sister"; Zi Wei getting beaten by her future partner; restoring everyone to their rightful position; Xiao Yan Zi's making an enemy of the Empress; and most importantly, the rolling of the head of whoever lies to the Emperor. And our heroine's foolish ways certainly does not make her head any stabler.
Life will never be the same again for our little swallow... Or for the entire Forbidden City (the inside of the palace).

I recommend hanazakari no Kimitachi e very very funny. I likes it alot. and for all you hana yori Dango fans there will be a movie coming out in 2008 which means itwill be in america probably in 2009 or 2010....sux for us. Kimi wa petto was wonderful too it was sooo cute. I would watch that one over and over and over!!!

Synopsis:Kang Tae Joo is an ordinary employee in a department store. Shin Joon Hyuk’s mind was hurt due to his family's problems but he has a nice appearance and superior ability. They both fall in love with the heroine, Han Eun Soo, at the same time. Cha Hye Lin is the daughter of a rich shopping mall CEO and she is an aspring fashion designer who has unique tastes and an elegant appearance. Although she is independent, strong, and spoiled, she is hopelss and careless in front of love. After she was betrayed by her first love, Hye Lin stops believing in true love. She then starts to 'buy' herself new boyfriends by paying them money and forcing them to sign contracts. + Kang Tae-Joo (Eric) is a studly young man capable of making girls absolutely melt! With his killer looks and natural charm, he picks up girls at will. One day, he finds a strange girl named Han Eun-Soo (Jung Yoo-Mi) sleeping in front of his door. Although he initially despises her, he eventually finds himself falling in love with her!
One of these men turns out to be Kang Tae Joo and during their contract relationship, Hye Lin begins to fall deeply in love again. She will be entangled in a love triangle with Tae Joo and Eun Soo, who is Tae Joo's real girlfriend.

Well, This drama was very interesting because it was some what different from most. Haha. I loved how they were very open with expressing their love. Where a kiss isn't the end of the world. [We live in the 21 century dang it] xD So yah. I recommend this. I literally just finished it. xD <3 Lead Man is Eric from ShinWa. ^.~ <3 <3 <3
