Moira and Ian doesnt make sense to me. Ian is too stable for her and Moira is more a party girl. When she wants to go clubbing friday nights Ian is going to want to stay home and rent a movie. I forsee tons of problems with this couple. Both are responsible otherwise they wouldnt own shops but as far as personalities go I couldn't find two people more incompatable.
Just my meager opinion.

Okay, the reason I like Sasha/Ian is for the fact that Ian really likes for her and cares for her, whether it's as a friend or a lover. And when Ian was in the hospital, Sasha went to visit him. I'm not saying a girl visiting her male friend in the hospital is considered romantic, but it shows she cares for him as well.
Plus that whole thing with the diamond seashell made me fell all mushy inside.
That and when Ian was fighting Gino. He was willing to sacrifice himself for Sasha so he could protect her.

But then wehn Sasha went out with Liam, it's like my dreams of Sasha/Ian were ripped from my soul crying

But whtaever becomes canon in the end, I'll support it. :3

I absolutely think Sasha shouldn't date ANYONE, people are too good for her. Especially Ian! And Gino! D:

I agree with Bob. Well, first two counts at least. (silly Bob, I think the thread was implying NPC x NPC pairings)

Ian and Ruby would make a very nice couple, I think. Though, admittedly, it would be too nice and normal a relationship to not end up interrupted by random zombie attacks or something else weird that is normal when it befalls Gaia. Not to mention the possible problems with their friendship if they started dating and it didn't work out.

Ian and Gino would probably have a very... interesting... relationship if they ever ended up together, but I think they'd be very happy (not to mention all of the happy dedicated Ian x Gino fangirls and the smaller but no less dedicated contingent of fanboys). They'd have to get past that whole rivalry thing first, though.

The only other person I could see Ian having a relationship with is Sasha, and I don't see it as particularly likely. Sasha... just doesn't seem the type to settle down, not yet anyways. I don't think she knows what she wants yet, nor do I think she has any idea that Ian has feelings for her - she doesn't seem particularly bright.

There's my two cents; make of it what you will.

I hate Sasha for the following reasons.

While on a date with Ian, Gino washes ashore and Sasha makes out with Gino in the guise of giving him CPR.

She drags Gino by herself to her house instead of a hospital. Now we know Gaia does have a hospital so the fact that Gino stays at her house for his entire recovery is very odd.

Sasha has completely been rude and ignored Ian up to this point and starts hitting on Gino.

While having dinner with Gino, Gino's house burns down and Ian saves Sasha.

The Masque comes around, saves sasha from santa claus and starts hitting on a very willing Sasha.

The Masque asks Sasha to the new years party.

The Masque and Sasha make out in front of Ian at the new years party.

Ian is now on trial for arson and assault on Geebus the butler. While ON stand he admits he is in love with Sasha. Sasha now knows he is in love with her. When Ian is found innocent Sasha greets him with a tearstained face.

When Sasha is asked who she is taking to the next party Gino or Ian she replies neither and that she is going with Liam.

Based on the above I view her as an ungrateful selfish little tart who has a history of stringing men along and then throwing them away without so much as an explanation.

In short, Sasha is a ho
sorry but I don't see her with Ian at all. She doesn't deserve him, she is a female player.

'Simply saying that he should go with the girl he wants. Right now, he wants to be with Sasha. It doesn't have to be permanent, and he could always end up with someone else later. Ian's good enough to be with more than one girl! Just not at the same time... *cough*Liam*cough*

Oi. I don't think any of the current NPC's are very compatible. As it is, Sasha is the most cannon, yet Ruby is more stable. But the reasons against them are very heavy.
All in all, I have never liked Sasha. I've been a member of Gaia for quite some time now, maybe not more then two years, but still quite awhile. The only thing in Sahsa's favor is that she sat at his bedside after being shot. Other then that, she is way too shallow to make Ian happy. He only thinks he loves her because she is the most beautiful girl in the world to him. Most relashonships start out that way. That's why they never last.
I feel the same way about her and Gino. HE's too good for her as well. He's a nice kid and the only real difference between the two is the way they were raised.

Ian needs someone who can relate to him. someone whose open and empathetic towards others, yet tough enough to stand up for themselves and the ones they love. Someone whose down to earth, deep thinking and multi layered.
And above all else they must. love. cats. Animals in general, because Ian seems liek that kinda guy, but must defiantly like cats.
But...well....that's just me, I guess.

Hm... stumbled back into this thread.... and, taking into account all plot that has occurred since my last post...

Not Gino! Not Gino! Oh, dear heavens, the squick factor! Gino is wonderful, but not with Ian!!!

And with that spasm out of the way, I say Sasha in the short-term and Ruby as the most likely candidate in terms of a long-lasting relationship.
