"Yo, Shino!" Kiba called as he walked over to the counter, then stood in line. "I hope you weren't waiting long. I couldn't pass up good cruising weather." He gave Neji a nod hello, then realized he left his back outside. He quickly ran out and unstrapped it from the back and went back in. "Oops, almost forgot."

Kankuro watched Kiba for a moment, then turned his head back to Shino for a quick glance, then back to Kiba. "I am assuming you are Inuzuka Kiba?" He asked, leaning forwards and resting an elbow on the counter before him, his head in his hand as he examined the two before him, waiting for an answer.

Kakashi sighed, slippping the book away. "Fine, fine. What time do I have to be at the bar..." He mumbled to himself, now hoping the day there would be slow and he could read it where nobody should care. Most people there are trying to find a one night stand anyway. He thought standing up.

A black Rolls-Royce pulled up in the front driveway of the resort and out stepped a distinguished government official. Yes, it was the youngest president in the history of the Republic of Sunagakure, Gaara (with no last name). On this day he wasn't wearing the traditional dressings of a government official. He preferred something more casual for his only vacation of the year, a black tank top over a fishnet shirt with slightly tighter than normal black denim jeans. He told his chauffeur to park the car somewhere and have his luggage brought to his room.
He entered the front doors and looked around. 'This is a nice place' he thought. He noticed some people at the front desk talking to...Kankuro?
' Why is my brother working here? Is this that "job" he said he was going to get? He could have done better.'

Iruka now smilied slightly, feeling more comfortable with that book away from the veiw of guests. "Thank you very much Hatake-san. And you are expected to be at work for your shift at 1 today... I belive. You best be safe and check the schedule anyways." he said, stepping to the side, than taking one final look around the room. The newspapers had been updated.. and everything looked neat.

Kankuro glanced over at the latest arrival, and... His jaw almost dropped. He suddenly felt like he wanted to duck under cover at the sight of his brother. "He wasn't supposed to know where I was going to work!!" He grumbled a bit under his breath, leaning just a little bit lower to perhaps hide himself. I never told him because I was sure he was gonna suggest some corny place to work, or some place where I'd have to wear some suit all day.... he thought, trying to focus back on his work. Still assuming (and getting the assumption right) that the secondly-arrived male before him was Kiba Inuzuka, he began looking up room information, to appear busy.

"No, no. Thank you, Umino-san." He smirked, walking down the corridor to the Employee's lounge. He's normally right and it's only twelve or something, so I'll wait in there and read. He opened the door quickly, stepping in and flicking on the lights. "Now I can read in peace." He spoke clearly, shutting the door behind him.

Iruka watched Kakashi walk off, than turned to go out of the room and inspect the kitchen when he saw a young boy walk into the hotel, who looked very familiar. Once Iruka caught site of the kanji on his head, his eyebrows shot up. It was... Gaara. A important political figure, and if he was not mistaken, family with Kankuro... the boy who worked at the frount desk. Iruka gained his composure after a second, and walked off down the hall leading to the kitchen. He would have to make sure everything was EXTRA in line now that a important government offical was here.
Finally, Lee got the room looking half decent. Going as fast as he could, he got all of the dirty sheets into the bin, and all the furniture upright... now all he had to do was find a way to get those stains off the wall and re-sheet the beds and he was done! He looked down at his wrist, cheaking his watch.... 'No! 10 minutes and 30 seconds! Now I must do 100 pushups.... after I finish this room.' he told himself, than got out his roll of paper towels and stain remover, and attacked the stains on the wall. Figureitivly that is, not literally attacking.

Kimimaru finished his room and went back into the hallway, closing the door behind him. Noticing that the door to the room on the other side was slightly open, suggesting that Lee was cleaning it, he went across and poked his head in. "Do you need any help, in here? I finished early..." He asked, giving a cough afterwords.

Kiba looked over his shoulder to see who had come in behind him. He only paused a moment when he saw that it was Gaara, then turned back towards the counter. I'm not gonna let anyone ruin my fun. Even someone like him. "Is my room ready?" He asked as he moved up to stand beside Shino seems no one else was moving.

Lee turned around, stain remover in hand, paper towels in the other one. Lee smilied, and said "Su-" but cut himself off as he heard Kimimaru cough. Oh yeah... he has that disese thing where he is really weak. Lee reminded himself, than rephrased his words. "If you are feeling up to it, I would love help. But only if you feel good enough. I don't want to burden you with my room duties!" he said. "I would have finished sooner... but you should have seen this place! It was awful! Like someone threw a party in here or something! Almost as bad as room 195 last week!" he added, dropping the cleaner and giving Kimimaru the 'good gai' pose.

Gaara approached the front desk. " Hello Kankuro." he said in a calm voice " So this is the job you picked...you see...when you said you were getting a job I was thinking you were considering being my secretary of state since I've been working my tail off trying to get you the position but...this is good too. That name tag really looks nice on you. I suspect that my bags are already in the presidential suite. Am I right?"

Kimimaru nodded, and then grimaced at the mention of the room number from the week before. "That place was total chaos..." He agree'd. "I'll clean up the bathroom, then. It's no burden." He said, turning back to his own cart after taking a bathroom inventory check, and then re-disappearing into the cramped room. He began cleaning up, pausing to cough every once in a while, but nothing too alarming. He would break for a few minutes after this to rest, before moving onto the other half of his job.

"Yeah...." Kankuro replied to Kiba, and then turned his gaze to Gaara. "You shouldn't bother your older brother when he's working. And yes, I'm pretty sure your lakeys already put them there." he muttered, being one of the few who had the guts to talk to Gaara in that mannor. He avoided the secretary thing alltogether. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a guest I need to escourt to his room."
Kankuro let out a short sigh as he turned to Kiba. "You're in room 246, and I'll show you the way there, if you'll follow me..." He grabbed the two room keys to Kiba's room and walked out from behind the desk, ready to do as he said, and escourt Kiba to his room. He didn't have to do that with every guest, but at that moment, he just wanted to avoid being the one to have to deal with his brothers' affairs.

' Now what am I supposed to do? He didn't even give me the keys to my room' thought Gaara. He looked around the lobby and saw that no one looked interesting so he decided to walk around and explore for himself.
' It's not like I have anyone to stay with anyway. I might have been better off staying in Suna. At least I had Temari there to keep my company...even though I'm sure she would rather be elsewhere than in my presence...such is life...'
