DDR- I tripped on my foot and fell forward, hit my face on the machine/monitor thingie, and then my nose started bleeding. To make it all worse it was at the arcade in the mall and some of the people standing around waiting to play after me complained about how I bled on the DDR pad.
Fatal Frame II- Something in the game scared me and I fell over backwards in my chair, hitting my head on the dresser behind me.
I have also experienced eye strain and thumb cramps several times.

I injure myself a lot while while gaming. I injure myself a lot in general >_>
Computer game:
Usually I injure myself because when I get pissed off for dying, so I lean back on my chair or rather push myself back, and I fall backwards off my chair, pulling back sometimes the mouse and keyboard with me D: it hurts sometimes...
DDR/PIU - arcade
Sometimes I fall off the platform ^o^;; Sometimes I trip and hurt my ankle while dancing. once someone spilled something like dust on the platform so i fell D:
X-box:
I got mad and threw an x-box controller at my brother once XD
Ps2/Gamecube: there have been a few times where i got mad and threw the controller at the ground and I hit my foot...

let's see....
while playing wow i slammed my fist on the desk so hard i bruised it(thankfully didn't hit the fork next to it)
i stubbed my toe while angrily walking away from yet another disconnect and yelled so loud i woke up my cat
don't know if this counts as an (injury) but i was laughing so hard after running into someone's ship and blowing him up in battlefront II that i fell off the bed which kinda hurt but i didn't notice cuz i was laughing so hard

Oh god, my entire school is practiacaly legendary for our DDR champions... sadly this leads to something me and my friends call "DDR Syndrome" Symptoms include:
a massive attraction to techno music
Concidering moveing your feet in four directions (almost at the same time) a "Dance move"
Pwning everyone at the arcade DDR
seeing arrows behind your eyes every time you blink.
But hey! Who dosn't want to play Max 300 on Dubble pad heavy mode just to show off? I say totaly worth DDR Syndrome. xd ::is a victom::

I've banged my head on the wall I was leaning against when playing PS2 I have also tripped playing DDR and nearly broke my wrist, and I have broken my computer table when I've been defeated by certain games.

Playing God of War while laying on my bed, I got pissed off at some point and threw my controller at my pillow and it bounced back and hit me in the face.

I've had a couple.
Mario Party: N64. I was rotating that joystick like mad to win that damned Tug O War, and well, I peeled this hunk of skin off of the middle of my palm. Talk about a bad place for a Band Aid sweatdrop
Tekken: Any console. I'm the Tekken champ, right. And I get playing so much that my left hand gets cramps in it, like, arithritis or something. And then I hafta stop for like an hour because I can't pick anything up. -_- b*****d Tekken!

I usually get a sore butt or thumbs from playing so long. And there's a chance I'm getting carpal tunnel from PC gaming.

well..i was playing a game with my bro..and he was beating me and when i finally beat him i was soo happy that i jumped up and i accidently hit him in the face with the controller... sweatdrop
