I recently found out the title and exact release date of the third book.
Maximum Ride 3: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports
Released May 22, 2007. One year and one day after the release of the second book. =O

-prods with spork-Awesome smile I just read the second book on Monday. At least the wait isn't too bad. The whole thing with Ari is odd, though. Then again, one murderous, wolf/bird/man seven year old boy does sound at least a little peculiar D:

^_^ I love the Max Ride books... I had to read the first one for school. We got to choose of this list and I went to the library and that was one of the ones that was in... so I picked it and it turns out I ended up getting sick that week so I stayed home and I had it done in 2 days... and I found out there was another one.. but then I was like crying when I realized it wasn't out yet... but I've read that one now and I can't wait for May! May is gonna be great... i get to go to a concert and #3 comes out.. ^_^ yay biggrin lol
oh and if you check out fangs blog they have some exerpts from: MR:StWaOES (wow... thats some "Abreviation" XD)

Ahh!!!! The third one is coming out soon! *faints with joy* omigod. I finished the first two in quick succession: three or four days. This would be...two days ago. Arg! Omigod, he actually made Fang's blog? Where do you find it? Must...read...blog.
Sorry, I am just so hyped up right now. And did it take anyone else until Iggy and Gazzy mentioned Max was a girl to figure that out? I mean, I thought Max was a guy's name til I read Maximum Ride.

-snicker- I was nearly halfway in when I found out Max was a girl. I had to go back and reread it all. xD
Ah, sorry, I made a mistake. Release date is the 29th. Not tomorrow. Sadly. And if you check out the website, you'll find that not only will there be a FOURTH book (at least, that's how I understood it), but they're trying to get a movie made. Click for Maximum Ride, everyone!
