"I will check the perimeter, major JL" snow white said, approaching the major, who was standing next to Lady Zelda, "there shouldn't be any problems outside, so i am going alone, unless someone wants to go with me...", she said placing her trusty gloves on her hands, and taking out her flame sword.
Once outside, the slight change in oxygen made Snow White back down a bit, trying to accustom herself to the new surroundings. Taking her intercom, she called major SFB, "Major, the oxygen concentration outside is higher than the ones we are accustomed, I recommend being careful with anything flammable, and watch any fires, they can get out of hand. Any field units won't have a problem with it, but if any personnel and staff comes out, they should be carrying an oxygen mask, in case the pressure is too much. Snow White out."

With that she walked forward, looking at the horizon. Two small moons shined through the thick fog, and gave a strong light, illuminating the whole land, so it didn't really matter how dark the planet was.

Finally approching the northern control panel, the major received SWP's message over the radio. She fumbled with her radio a little, and responded,"Good work SWP. And to all other team members, keep in mind the higher oxygen content. As for you SWP, please don't wander too far. I want us all in teams before we get too far from the dome."

Putting her radio back, she began inspecting the control panel with Thomas. After some typing, and translations from Thomas, the major finally figured out the panel she was viewing. Pulling out her radio once more, she called out to everyone,"Hey team, I got info on the panels, or atleast the northern one. It appears that this panel gives the location of all the teleport points on this island, as well as bridge locations to those floating platforms outside."

Happy with her findings, SFB was about to leave back for the camp when she heard a static noise comming from the panel. Quickly she turned around to see that a small window had opened in the upper right corner of the panels monitor. A closer inspection revealed a very distored shadow. Then suddenly she heard a voice garbled by lots of static. It called to her,"L..eave.....no..w.....le...ave...n..ow...be..f..re...th..y..f...nd....ou..." It was all she could make out before the image in the monitor dissappeared. "Damn" she thought to herself.

Quickly pulling out her radio for the last time, she called out to everyone,"Everyone, I am not entirely sure what is going on, but I might have just been contacted by a life form. I am still not sure if this was a recording or a live message, but as of right now the mission threat has been upped. I am now authorizing the use of weaponry. If you do not have a means of self defense already I want you to head back to camp and pick one up. This is an order. For those who have weapons, keep on a close watch and use ufo's to scan everything. I really don't like what's going on, but we must press onward. I am comming back to camp. SFB out."

"Crack on a stiiiick!"Lady Zelda sighed, overhearing the radio message. She pulled the pistol out of her sleeve without hesitation and sighed. "I have terrible aim."She said aloud. "Just a warning.....Like, 'I aimed for the head and shot the neck' bad."

She was silent. That came as a shock, how had she not known? She was head of the field units yet they had neglected to tell her of a gate dialling Gaia without a team coming home. She thought about her response for a minute before settling for something.. vague."Thanks Major, will do." JL gave a confirming nod to the other Major before looking at the assembled SGC members. Only five of them. In that case, they'd go in a pair and a three. Deciding shouting was not a good idea, JL pressed the button on her radio.

"SWP and Lady Zelda, we are going to take a walk outside and have a look around. Nedick, I want you to stay here and keep an eye on things. Don't leave your partners. Over." She released the button on her radio and headed for where she had seen SWP leave the dome, gesturing for Lady Zelda to follow her. She heard what she had said and really really hoped that she wouldn't be between Lady Zelda and her target. After a moment she decided to speak.

"Lady Zelda, if there is anything dangerous, I want you to get a radio message to SFB. Things might get ugly out there. Unchartered alien world and all that." She then showed her the map. "Also, try and remember your way back, okay?" She smiled as they walked towards SWP.

Having just heard SFB message on the radio, Snow White turned the flames on her sword on, and the inicial burst was huge, but it normalized itself after a few seconds, but it still was stronger than it was on Gaia.
"I should get some night vision goggles, I can't keep using the flame sword as a torch when the mission threat had been upped" she thought to herself, before saying, "I am like a sitting duck with this thing".

She saw Major Jupiter and Lady Zelda head out of the dome, and started to walk towards them, when she saw a shadow run past, in the corner of her eye. She swiftly turned around, and as she did she got shot on the chest. As quickly as it had come, the shadow had gone.
Good thing she was wearing armor, it had only caused a dent on it.

As the little major left JL, she couldn't blame her for her silence, after all, things were far from normal. Trying to put things together she started rambling to herself as she walked, only slightly listening to the radio.

"Why did I get assigned here instead of field units?", she began to inquire. "Sure I have the most experience in field research, and my skills on mystery solving are good, but why did they only brief me and not JL? Ahh, this whole mission doesn't make sense, and this place is just damn weird. And why are there no personel restrictions if things are so dangerous? I mean, we got so many people here."

Just then SFB's data pad lit up. "Hmmm" she started,"looks like Nin is comming to join the activities too. How many people is HQ going to send? If things keep up like this the base will be......empty. Oh crap, that thing could still be in the base, I gotta warn....."

The major's words were cut short when she heard a gun shot in the direction of SWP. However, just before she was about to run, the south-eastern panel lit up brightly. "Huh?", she spoke as she quickly turned about. "Warning, incoming energy field, source unknown", Thomas reported to her. "Energy field?" was all the major could say before a bright light enveloped her body. As she felt her body fading, she looked up just in time to she a shadow standing next to the panel, and then everything went black.

It was some time before SFB woke up. When she did Thomas was hovering above her with his tazzer out. "Thomas report." "Affirmitive. Location unknown, situation unknown, no SG-Team members in sensor range, no life forms detected." "Great" started the major,"just what have we gotten ourselves into......"

JL nodded to Lady Zelda, then looked towards SWP. She was about to speak a greeting when a shot echoed out the darkness and hit SWP. "Oh crap." The major primed her weapon, holding it ready to fire, and ran towards SWP, hoping Lady Zelda would follow. "SWP. You okay?" There was obvious worry on her face. She looked about herself with caution, eyes never settling on the same spot for more then a few seconds. "Lady Zelda, SWP, stay together." She radioed in.

"Major SFB?" She paused and waited. Receiving no response, she tried again. "Major?" Nothing. Nothing at all. It seemed things were already not going well. JL looked back towards the dome. There was no sign of movement. Nor any sign of the teleporter control panel to get back inside. She swiftly mad eher way back to check, but there was nothing. The Major glanced to her team members before getting as close to the dome as she could without touching it and pressed the button on her radio again. "Major. Nedick. Anyone." She paused. "If you get this message, please respond. We cannot get back inside the dome; repeat, we cannot get back inside the dome. There are hostiles here. Over." She milled here for a few moments, looking up at the turgid skies and seeing that it would soon start to rain.

"SWP, Lady Zelda. Get over here and stick together." She didn't mean to snap, honestly she didn't but right now, things were not going as planned. They were stuck out here and perhaps the only way to get back was to look around.

Standing up, with the help of Lady Zelda, Snow White kept looking for any hostiles, but seeing there was no movement for the moment, she checked out her armor. "Good thing that was a gun shot, I doubt my armor would have resisted a laser blaster shot. We need to secure the Major SFB and nedick, as far as I know they are both unarmed."

"Major Jupiter, why did the command send us here?
