In "The Dalek Invasion of Earth"-- which is with the First Doctor, for anyone who doesn't know, I don't blame you, it's old!-- there's a bit where everyone is in the Dalek base/ ship, and they're hiding from the Daleks. So they've all flattened themselves on the wall next to a door, while about a half-dozen Daleks goes through the door. So, one Dalek goes through, then another, all looking straight ahead. Good news for Doctor & co., as this way the Daleks don't see them. But then the last one looks around a little bit, and stares straight at the Doctor.

And does nothing.

I can think of no explanation except that some Daleks are basically decent very deep down and don't much want to pick on an old white-haired gent in mismatched trousers and waistcoat who sometimes walks with a cane and who's got enough to deal with already with raising his granddaughter so this whole business of saving the universe is a bit much, and they don't want to go out of their way to make his life harder...

Or, of course, it's a blooper. whee

One I read about in DWM...

In "Image Of The Fendahl", the Tardis is missing its lamp when it materialises.

And one from the new series - in The Idiot's Lantern, when the Doctor is breaking in to the place where all the faceless people are held, when he puts the sonic back into his jacket pocket, he accidentally presses the button. There is a very short flash of blue. David Tennant says on the commentary for that episode it really annoys him every time he watches it!!

Ooh yeah, it really annoys me when i watch a dvd of a play or whatever and i notice all the small little mistakes i made.

Or the light shining from my glasses and all my zits... that's embarrasing too...

I'm surprised no one mentioned the random leg behind the jeep in Doomsday's beach scene. I thought it was funnier than the WTF? endding.

A leg behind the jeep? xd I'll look out for that next time I see Doomsday... (And I can't wait until BBC America starts showing Dr Who again!)

And of course, if you want bloopers, the First Doctor's just infamous. He said something once about Ian and Barbara could end up "charred cinders floating in Spain!-- er, space."

In New Earth, watch when the Doctor's worked out a plan to cure the diseased people. He slips the metal thing on to his arm, but when he catches hold of the cable, it is in his hand, then the next shot he slides it off his arm. In the same bit, he has the sonic screwdriver in his mouth, then takes it out of his mouth to secure the metal thing to the cable. Fair enough you might think, but can he really put it in his pocket in a split second before holding on to the metal thing with both hands and turning to Rose, because it has disappeared by then!

There are so many bloopers with Ten. It's almost like they've left them in intentionally as an homage to the old days (or so I choose to believe)

In Fear Her when he puts one marmalade covered finger in his mouth, but has his whole hand in there b the next shot.

In school Reunion when Mickey pulls the plug on the children and their headphone mysterous disappear...

Well, he could've stuck his whole hand in his mouth really quickly-- excepting the fact no one can put their whole hand in their mouth! Although I have come to believe it's Tennant's schtick, the one consistent factor running through almost every role he does, that he's got an oral fixation. So I guess I could imagine him doing that. More or less.

xd xd Yeah, really....

Well, it's not so much his whole hand. The first shot, it's just one finger, then it cuts to Rose looking at him like he's a Very Naughty Boy, then he's got both fingers in his mouth. So I suppose he might have had some Marmite on his other finger, so he went and stuck that in his mouth too while Rose was giving him the Death Glare. You know, like, "uh-oh, she's making that face that makes her look like her mum, I'd better lick off all this Marmite while I still can!" So he pops his finger in his mouth really really fast.

And I honestly think Tennant must have some sort of oral fixation in real life, his characters are like that so often. And some sort of ability to never actually try to eat things with any fat or calories whatsoever. Perhaps he's simply developed a reputation as the guy you hire when you want someone to have his tongue all over everything. rofl Ten licks things and eats Marmite off his fingers, Barty Crouch Jr does that snake-tongue thing, and I've heard something about him playing some sort of scruffy detective who's known for eating just about anything that's neither nailed down nor moving.

They're all funny, but that one made me laugh the most..i dunno why.

When I saw some of Doomsday being filmed (i know, i'm bosting agian, but i haven't done it in a long time), I saw more outtakes than actual film. Once the handle or a door next to the cyberman that was in that sence fell off, then the door kept opening so they just got a bit of wood and nailed it shut.
I didn't say they were funny, but they were at the time.

This mistake was in the first season of the new Doctor Who.The episode was the End of the World.Cassandra says ''That's where I lived when I was a little boy." Isn't Cassandra a girl?
