Kari beamed at her old friend, nodding in return, "You too. I hope you can fit yourself back into the coalition better, unless you'd really rather stay away.." She hesitated a moment and then walked over to Uri and nuzzled him, offering the equivalent of a hug. She'd miss Uri, she had missed him while he wasn't around.

"Maybe I will, maybe I won't. Who knows, pet?" Uri leaned his head against her shoulders, 'hugging' back. How had she grown up so fast? He'd miss her and wonder how she was for as long as he remained.
"If I ever visit the shores, though they are vast, maybe I'll find you again one day."

"As long as your happy," she murmured contently. If nothing else, one should always be happy with how they live. It would make Kari sad to hear that Uri was unhappy. Everyone should be as happy as she was or happier, in her opinion.
"Ok," she agreed, "If you don't fit in again, you'll always fit in with us, so you can come look for us instead."
