No, you probably don't. Sorry about that. Pretty much all characters players directly control will be completely original. There are exceptions, but they are few and far between. One of the fatal flaws we've found in this kind of RP is too many people attempt to take pre-existing characters and ruin continuity. The story is original and will be forged by your own original characters.
At the moment, myself and Silver Starboy are the only crew in the guild and he's been having a lot of modem trouble lately, so things are slow. We are working out kinks in the character sheets because there is a simple stat element we plan on using. We're working on the character creation stuff right now, but it's being agrivating.
This guild is a newborn and still in development, remember? We have set rules all ready, but organizing and refining them is difficult. That's actually one of the things I'm multitasking on right now.
So please bear with us; we're working hard on this for everyone's enjoyment.

SO IF THIS IS AN RPING GUILD THEN WHAT DO WE ALL PICK A CHARACTER TO BE OR DO WE JUST CREATE ARE OWN...
To go along with Jedi, Im also going to say that I know people would also argue about who they go to be and we cant have that. But I know that we were talking about how the mods might take control of a certain character for a brief period of time. Like if you were going to fight Squall in the Colliseum, one of the mods would control him while you fought him.

Heres another idea I had, I think Heartless Levels should be placed on each world. Like example "Hallow Bastion: Level 30". That way you know, that characters level 30 and above should be fine.

We'll see, Axel, we'll see. Moderators and Admins have as much responsibility as privilege - possibly more. But after a while we'll be talking to you guys about new crew members. We want to know who's willing and able.
Just keep in mind, guys, that we have standards for our mods. If you do it just so you can RP a certain character all the time or get the fringe benefits we'll can almost gaurantee you'll be ignored. But there may be a future for those willing to portray numbers of "NPCs" such as generic heartless, "bosses," and pre-existing characters like Merlin or Cid.
We'll touch more on this later in another topic.

Its not really going to be that bad. We just want to avoid god-modders or being overrun by the same characters. We can only have so many CLoud Strifes' before its just not cool anymore
