So me and my sister thinking this guild could really use more structure and more incentives for people to post and be more active.So we came up with a new guild member structure, more like one of the other guilds we're in "The seven deadly sins." This way we can keep track of new members (probitionary underlings) and make sure they are posting and following the rules.
When a person request to join they pice someone to sign under and then when they prove themselves they are able to move up in the ranks of their "masters". In this the owner would still have absolute control of the guild, but the other like masters would keep track of the the people under them so that the guild owner doesn't have to as much.
Below is a chart my sister and i created of titles and ranks if you like this idea.

Maybe each month there can be some sort of party in the Gaia Towns to celebrate the guild and see if we can get more people to join it by having that party. smile

Please don't take this the wrong way, but before you guys start anything, I think those who are illiterate should become literate, because for the literate people it's sometimes hard to understand you. Thank you.
