Erienes eyes grew wide as the darkness set in around her slowly. She came to a stop behind Nayuko. "So this is where you live?" She asked stairing up at the large gate. She was very cautious now. Being in a city was not what she was use to. Eriene was use to the flowing waters near the waterfall and river. "Okay" she said, her voice a little shakey.

She smiles at Eriene. "Yup! You can find anything here! Theres a pool, lake, marketplace, everything! Even a mall." She giggles and takes Eriene to her house.
She knocks on the door to see if anyone was there, but they was going. "Come on in, Eriene. It seems like my master is gone. Want something to eat." She asked.

Eriene cautiously followed Nayuko into her house. "Ummm I'm fine thank---" There was a loud crash from another room. Flattening her ears she asked, "What was that." Her voice was very shaky, she didn't like the city much but this just added to her disliking.

Nayuko hread the noise as well. She ran to the room. The window was opened and a sand storm was coming. It knocked over Puppy's picture. "Eriene! If something is open, close it! And quickly! A sand storm is coming!" She warned Eriene, she hoped that Puppy will be home soon.

Eriene shook herself from the shock and dashed for the door that was still open. The sand spat at her face as she pushed towards the door. Standing up on her back legs and pushing with her front paws she managed to close the door. "What's a sandstorm Nayuko?" She asked spitting the sand out of her mouth.

Nayuko coughs as some sand got stuck in her mouth. "A sand storm is like a blizarrd without the snow and with sand! She yelled as she shut the last window in the house. She heres a knock on the door and she thought it could be Puppy. She anwsers the door. "Thank goodness! Puppy!" She said.

Eriene stood behind Nayuko as she herd the knock. As the door was opened she peered from the side of Nayuko and noticed a girl with Brown curly hair, who must have been Puppy. And there next to her stood Icy. Eriene's ears pricked up as she saw her owner. "ICY!" She yelped as she jumped at her. The sand was whipping into the house but Eriene didn't care. She hadn't seen Icy for some time now. Icy had left to go into town to visit a friend and Eriene thought that she might have lost her forever. As Eriene attacked her owner with love Icy smiled. "It's good to see you again Eriene!"

Nayuko pulls Puppy and Icy in. "No time for reunion! We have to hide!" Nayuko said yelling. She turns off the lights and the door gets knocked down. "What the!" Puppy said. " Everyone, go in my room. It has no wide windows!" Puppy yelled. She closes the door back up and falls on the floor. " So weak..." Puppy said.

Eriene nodded her head and ran to the room with Ice close behind. "I think this is it..." she said running to a corner for protection. "I totally dislike the Desert! I wish I was back home at the River near the Waterfall!" She complained as she sat awaiting Puppy to return from closing the door.

Nayuko was worried that something had happen to Puppy. "Shes not back yet.. It doesn't take her this long to close a door in the sand strom." She looks out Puppy's bedroom. She saw Puppy laying there. Nayuko ran up to her and called Puppy's name. "Puppy! Puppy! Are you okay?" She walks closer to her and she realized that she was knocked-out cold. She gasped and ran back in the room. "Puppy is dead!" She said.
