"They're not actual aliens, they're just fake so you can - um - shoot them without feeling bad," she replied, shrugging slightly. "I hear that there are aliens around Gaia now, there were around Halloween and Christmas anyway, I didn't see any myself but -"
Oooooh. Stairwell. Cracking a grin, she situated herself on the railing and let herself slide down a bit.
"Not bad," she mused. "Not the fastest in the world, but it'll get the job done."
A few moments later and she was zooming down the railing and quickly out of sight, her gleeful laugher echoing in the stairwell. So much for babysitting.

Gage watched with wide, inverted eyes as the woman proceeded to violate the staircase railing's dignity. Pressing one hand to the disrespected furniture piece, he murmured the barest apology before following his Sitter in one continuous floating motion that allowed him to conquer the stairs nearly as quickly as the human had slid down the length of them. He met her at the bottom, a grimace contorting what could be seen of the Raevan's face as he made it as obvious as he could that the staircase's special fence should not be sat on again. For not the first or last time that day, Gage wondered who exactly was watching over whom. Usually, Julian was far too careful to allow such rambunctious people to exist within a fifty foot radius, and here was one in the apartment complex messing up the angle of portraits and overturning reality as Gage knew it.
"Are the aliens like you?" the Frei asked shrewdly, leading the female through the ground floor to the double doors that lead to the outside world. As a gentleman was meant to, he held the first door open for his Sitter, even if he felt she was not being exactly the politest thing herself.

"Like me?" Amaris said stupidly, trailing one hand on the wall in an attempt to recover her balance. "Oh, no, no, you don't shoot foreigners! Am I that obviously foreign?" She continued, frowning. "I don't really tell people about that. Well, anyway, no, they're not like me, they're - um." Green with tentacles. Oh, she was totally not mentioning the whole green thing. "- You'll have to see for yourself!" She laughed nervously. Crisis averted! She then, as her attention was diverted soley to Gage and keeping upright, walked straight into the doorframe and fell on her arse. Or not!
"Ow" she said in the tiniest of voices. Grappling haphazardly with the doorway to restore herself to an upright position, she eased herself out of the door and leaned against the wall.
"A lesson to you..." She said slowly, shaking her finger at him as she struggled to regain her composure. "... Watch out for those feckin' doors." Then, with a great sigh of her struggles, she forced herself to stand upright properly and began to make her way down the street with only a hint of a limp in her stride. Ow, her pride.
