lunashock Oh yuck, I went through that when I was about 11 weeks along. Start small trying to drink gatorade or something light. Take small sips and work your way to more every few minutes or so. If you can't keep it down, I'd head in for the doc. Phenegran helped when I had that yucky gasteroenteritis. I'm feeling okay right now. I've taken two or three naps and the last one I woke upfrom, I didn't puke. I did feel sore in every muscle in my body. I sat in the tub and Mike ran hot water over me with the shower head(it's detattachable). I feel lots better =D The only thing I've eaten has been two popsicles =D

It's very important that you don't take hot baths. When you're sick, warm is better as you won't chill as easily when you get ouf, but most importantly, too hot of baths can hurt the baby. I know you said Mike was just spraying you, but I just wanted to make sure you knew. :]

Today has sucked more than most of my life in the last hour.
They will not leave my dog alone in the bedroom when we ask them to which I think they do just to stir up trouble. We took the dog out before we left and he went all the potty he had. We put him back in our bedroom, gave him toys, and left.
When we came home, he was outside. Mike told them NOT to take him out anymore because he's getting so spoiled lately. Everyone(including us, too)has been giving him everything he wants so we're stopping it and monitoring his outside time by taking him out on a leash rather than the tie-up one we used to use.
Copper's problem is that he wants to go outside only to play. He forgets to go potty so when we bring him in 5-10 minutes later and he hasn't gone yet. We let him out again and he goes and does the same thing again. We figured monitoring his outside time would be a better idea and Mike told his parents that we were going to do it that way from now on.
So, we left and went to WalMart to pick some stuff up and look around. We were only gone an hour and he was out right before we left until he did both potty and was ready to come in.
He whines at the door because there are people outside and he wants to be with them, not because he has to go potty.
He's completely house broken now and hasn't had an accident in months but they seem to think he'll go potty if he doesn't go out the minute he whines when he's not even whining to go out.
So, I'm moving home. This is way too much stress on me and I can't take it anymore
Mike's parents are complete assholes who said something about me and dropping 'her' off at a women's shelter. They are black mailing us with the fact that they are letting us live with them. They brought up how everyone, including close friends and family, think that his parents should kick us out and blah blah blah. So, I'm sick of it.
Either Mike and I go up together or I go up now with the rabbit and he follows later. Either way, I'm going home.
We'll have to get rid of Copper so I'm going to see if Dyan(Godmother, close friend of the family) wants him or knows anyone who wants him. I want to give him to someone I know that lives close by so I can still see him.
So, I'm just really stressed out and needed to vent a lil bit^_^;
EDIT I guess the biggest thing that is bothering me is that they COULD kick me out. All they have to do is call the police and say that they told me to leave and I wouldn't go. They own the house, after all.
Although, if they did that they would never see Mike again because he'd hate them. He cares about me which they fail to realize. They think I'm casting magic on him because I'm so unlovable and such. >.>

Savina [writing from my Wii, so it'll be short!] Some women find that ginger [ew!] or peppermint candy or whatnot helps them out immensely. I'm not pregnant, but I DO know that ginger works when it comes to settling stomachs!! There was a period of about 2 weeks last spring when I would feel nauseous every morning, so I kept a bag of candied ginger coins in my backpack. It only took maybe two coins of ginger to keep the nausea away. It also helps that I LOVE ginger. *<--eats candied ginger all the time*

Hot BATHS are fine, it's hot TUBS/saunas you need to stay away from. Quote: A hot bath, which is not uncomfortable or scalding, is a safer way to relax. In a bath much of your upper body will remain out of the water, making you less likely to overheat. Additionally, the water in a bath begins to cool off, as opposed to a hot tub, further reducing any risk of overheating. source: http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/hottubs.htm

Savina [writing from my Wii, so it'll be short!] For nausea, try keeping some Saltines next to your bed and munch a few before you get up. Some women find that ginger [ew!] or peppermint candy or whatnot helps them out immensely. Most importantly, if it makes you sick, ban it! Being able to keep things down and absorb the nutrients is very important. I've got to agree with the Saltines thing. When you're sick, eating anything is going to be the last thing that you want to do, but this trick really works for me when I'm nauseated (not preggers now, but have had two kiddos). Even getting down one cracker seems to help, and then a few sips of water.

I've been trying saltines but they just come up, like everything >.<
But I found out that it's my vitamins making me sick now. I've been taking them since before I found out I was pregnant but only now have they actually made me puke >.<
I didn't take any today just to see and I'm feeling fine so I'm going to get some different ones that hopefully won't make me puke. No point in taking them if they're going to come right back up anwyay =(

If you're constantly vomitting everything up, tell your doctor. Some will suggest taking children's Flintstone just to get SOME vitamins in you. Also, if it's bad enough they can prescibe (usually an antihistamine of sorts) something to help you.

We have the number for GAMP and Mike said he'd call for me on Friday to find out some info, which is great. Hopefully it doesn't take too long sweatdrop

One, that most of your upper body is out of the water (which with recent larger tubs Or by propping up your feet can submerse the rest of your body easily, making that assumption incorrect!) and that your water isn't very hot. Most water heaters are set at 120ยบ F, which if you get in while the tub is still filling as most people do, is still pretty hot, and obviously runs the risk of raising your body temperature. Most pregnancy guides say no hot tubs OR baths. Better safe than sorry, and you never know if what you consider comforting is actually too hot.

I agree that it's better safe than sorry. ^^ I would avoid both hot baths and hot tubs just in case. Also that site says hot baths are "safer" than hot tubs. It doesn't say they are "safe". So I would not risk it just in case. It's probably fine, but I'm just like that. xp

Well, personally, I think with some common sense and hot baths you'll be fine. If you're that paranoid, get one of those thermometers (which isn't a bad idea anyways with a baby on the way and future baths) and keep it lower than 100. However, you can run the same risk with a hot shower too.

Alright^_^ I defiantly don't want anything to happen to this baby, I already am attatched to it sweatdrop
I usually wait for my tub to be filled then I hop in, though lol I didn't realize it was any other way =D But I'll defiantly pick up a thermometer, just for safety, thanks everyone heart

for your question about cramps I got them quite frequently throughout my pregnancy particularly after intercourse. You should get a baby book like what to expect when your expecting and keep yourself informed.
