She noted the name in her mind and looked around a little, wondering how far it was till she was home and wondering whether this lioness would look anything like her brother.
"I will tell her if I can find her!" It was a promise, the lioness was happy to wander around and hope that she could find another lioness in the large pride she was born into. It would be yet another adventure for her!
She followed him in any direction he went, after all, whether it was those strange voices he heard or something else telling him what way to go, she didn't have much choice in the matter, she hadn't a clue where she was.

His confidence was well founded, and was rewarded, in turn. Again, he loved having such little things to recognize. And the looming overhanging tree, almost looking like it was threatening to fall over onto its side, was a sign he'd been looking for.
He looked back to Tailsin and smiled. "See that tree? That's where we're going. So it looks like we're not as lost-" he paused between his words to yawn, then coughed once, "-sorry, looks like we're not as lost as we'd thought we were, ne?"
Then, in a stroke of odd playfulness on his part, the guide tagged her shoulder lightly, "You're it." before running off ahead of her in the grass, grinning.
It was a good way to pass the time between here and there.

She smiled wider then normal as he said that they weren't lost but the tag on the shoulder, well that was something else.
Within a second or two after feeling the tap she pounced trying to catch him, though she left it too late and pounced in slightly the wrong direction, so instead she turned around and ran after him, laughing as she did so.
This lion was turning out to be unusual and interesting, she had never met a lion who seemedso timid to then come out and play like this. Well it was better to play then to walk in an awkward silence that was for sure.

He was rather cheery about how happily Tailsin had taken to their game, taking care not to run too far ahead (he wanted to give her chance to tag him, afterall), looking at her over one shoulder, still laughing.
"You almost got me!" he chimed, continuing to run.
Turning his attention to see the shape in the distance, he estimated that if they continued to run in lpay for a few more minutes, they'd get there. Then they could take a break in the shade and get a drink.
It was the perfect plan.
However, in his distraction, he tripped ovr his own paws and went tumbling through the grass, just to pop up to his feet again, swooning a bit when he was up again. Wooooah... @__@ "I'mokay.."

Tailsin laughed, he was getting away! She continued to run after him and when he tripped she pounced, if everything worked the way she wanted it to then it meant he would on the floor again and she could be running away, however it could go wrong again. Either way she didn't mind she was having a great time running around here and there it was definatly more fun playing while moving then just walking.

Until he'd coordinated himself again, it would have been easy enough to knock him over, which, fortunately for him, didn't happen. He shook his head a bit, before resuming his bounding off ahead.
This was -FUN-!
"You almost got me again!" he called out, then, taking care to see where he was going, Yua looked to his paws for a moment, then towards where they were going. It was definately getting closer.
With a grin, he slowed down a bit. Afterall, this game was no fun if it was just him running away from her. So now, he was WIDE open to get tagged.

She tripped as she missed him this time but got back up and went bounding after him again a little annoyed at how she couldn't catch him. She blamed her age!
When he slowed down though she made her legs move as fast as she could, she had to catch up with him! She pounced again, hopefully, maybe this would be it? Even if it was she was tiring quite fast and didn't think that she could run too much more. She needed a rest!

And to his 'surprise', the lioness landed right on top of him, causing him to flatten to the ground with an 'oomph', front legs sprawled out in front of him in a comical manner, though his body did groan in protest to having an almost-full-sized body on him.
"Ooooowwww.." he complained, simply laying there while waiting for her to get up again. Yua wasn't exactly the 'strong' one, and it would have been rather difficult for him to shove Tailsin off of him.
Curse his physical weakness!

She laughed a little as she flattened him. She hadn't meant to hurt him like she did... she just did.
She got up after panting a little and bounced off a little way, turning for a second or two to make sure that he was ok. She didn't want to kill or hurt the only person who could take her home! She laugehd a little more, "Come on!"
She bounced a little more, her running seemed to be a cross between a normal lions running and prancing antelope. She was happy though so however weird or unusual it may have been she didn't care in the slightest. She was happy.

Yua's joints groaned a bit as he heaved himself back up to his feet, taking care to make sure he hadn't busted the order of his body up a bunch by being landed on.
"....."
His eyes shifted side to side as he checked to see if anything hurt...
Nope!
So when his female companion went off to continue playing, he was free to bound along after her, allotting enough space in between them for her to frolic away to her own freedom from him.
Damn this was a fun game, how come he didn't play games more often?
"I'm gonna gitchu!" he teased.

She chuckled and continued to run, she couldn't speak as she was breathing to hard. She was getting far too old for her liking as it was slowing her down. If she was old though... her parents? Oh it wasn't worth thinking about now, she was escaping the paws of Yua, that was the important matter at hand!
So to help her along she made this all into a real life game in her head where this wasn't a game and Yua wanted to eat her and she was like an antelope running for its life. It was a little odd but it helped her move even through the pain that her muscles were causing her.
She slowed a little but then remembered that Yua might eat her and started running more, she looked at one of the trees and decided if she got there then she would be safe and the threat would vanish! Tailsin wasn't as normal as she seemed.

Yua paused when the lioness went into 'hyperdrive', a blank look on his face for a moment, before he resumed chase. And he'd thought -he- was odd. However, she was a lot more 'normal' than he was, so it wasn't his place to judge.
Unexpectedly, though, the male changed his direction, leaping off to one side and sitting in the grass, panting for his breath. That wasn't why he'd stopped, though. If he hadn't, they would have ran -right- past where they were trying to go in the FIRST place.
The water-hole.
The place held a sort of fond memory for him, but he watched Tailsin for a moment then called out. "Hey! This is our 'break spot'." before getting up again to go to the side of the body of water, leaning over it to lap away at the water. Water tasted nice after a long day of walking.
I can imagine that I could get her home by tomorrow or early tomorrow... do we want to keep walking today?

She heard his call but continued to run untill she reached her tree, then looked back and felt stupid.
She ran back towards him feeling rather tired but happy to have had so much excerise it meant she now knew how unfit she was, no wonder she made such a bad huntress!
"Water!" She squeaked happily and jumped in, a bath at last!
She swam around a little, lapping the water up as she did so, keeping to the shallow end, she had heard stories of lions being snapped up if they swam to far out and whether they were true or not Tailsin was always cautious when having a bath. She loved water!

He watched her leap about with an amused smile, taking no signs of what her caution meant, or even that she was being cautious of the deep water. Tailsin sure looked like she was having fun! Following her lead, he rose up tiredly and stumbled into the water.
He didn't exactly 'leap' about, though, butswished his sore paws about in it, using them to rub up his legs. Yua's face cringed a bit when he saw that he was actually a DIFFERENT shade of brown underneath all the dirt, and continued to do this.
He'd probably have to throw himself in, however, to clean up entirely.
Attention turning to Tailsin, Yua laughed. "You want to stop here for the day, or keep going?" he inquired. He didn't mind either way. Since, most likely, he'd get her home soon enough anyways.
... To her home, at least.

Tailsin laughed as she splashed about in the water, maybe she wasn't that old after all.
At Yua's question though she stopped for a while, "Do you think I could get home today?" She wanted to continue going, she wanted to see her family and give Yua's sister the message. Oh she hoped that could get home soon, she wanted to be home and happy, not that she wasn't happy at the moment.
