I liquid better, pencil tends to smear. I have some Avon brands that are pretty good.

As a general rule, liquid eyeliner is very very difficult unless you have a mercilessly steady hand. It does look very nice and neat when properly used, though. Still, I've always prefered a simple, slightly smuged tip of a pencil eyeliner. It creates that cute smokey look, but for most Asians, a pencil is too thick for the "non-existant" eyelid. I'm an Asian "with eyelids" so I have the freedom to use a pencil. I care not too much for mascara because I like my glasses close to my eyes and my lashes brush against the lenses.

I always go with MAC products.. they stay on for very very long so you dont have to reapply. They dont smudge easily unless yew sweat sweatdrop

Jelai Girls (and some guys XDD;;; ), what are your favorite brands of mascara and eyeliner to use?
And does liquid eyeliner work better than eyeliner pencil or not?
EDIT: I'm looking for some good products to use that don't smudge, clump, etc.
Right now I'm using Covergirl Lash Exact, and it stays true to what it says. I love it.
But I'm not sure about my liquid eyeliner...it's Maybelline felt-tip liquid eyeliner sry i don't wear make-up can't help you there
