Basically two people both completely focused on my team mate, so I fired two shots at both of their heads. I think this warrants a critical roll, because I fired while they're busy attacking my ally. Since it's a gun, I don't think they have the time to defend. I'd like a judgment on this please.
EDIT: Resolved.
Second EDIT: Arc already made a judgment on this, but they aren't satisfied with his judgment.

Actually, no, we're still looking for a judge. Just keep in mind that in order to get in a position to fire at us, he had to do way too much, so he essentially speedhacked. Also, he's shooting from a fair distance, so I don't believe it should be a crit roll at all. And even if it was closer, my character still has a way to defend himself (his wings). http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=7682383&page=6

Arc is a judge. He judged. Go with it.
I'm not going to set a precedent for people running to another judge when one judge makes a ruling they don't like. Arc made a judgement call, so go with it.

Okay, so that's the official and final decision.
Now here's what I need:
Our team killed Brennsa and killed a boss in that thread. However, while we now have the boss's marbles, we don't know what they are or even how many there were. So while we have an official decision from a judge, we need those details to be taken care of by someone who knows what's going on with that boss.

It was actually recommended by Arc that we get a second judgement if we couldn't resolve the issue, and by not weighing both sides properly (Like each of us gets one post to defend our case) it takes a player out of the game because another player said he should get a crit roll for something bogus (which I can prove).

There are three pages of OOC chatter about that judgement already. It seems kinda bogus to me that a judge ruling can be ignored if the player dosen't like it as long as they just ask for a second judge.

And you got a second judgement. Mine, telling you to stop arguing and go with the first judgement. I've read through the thread; there is NO reason for you to still be arguing. Arc's judgement was fair, and final.
Brennsa needs to roll when he gets back online. It's not guaranteed the shot will take him out of the game. If it does take him out of the game, well, that's the way it goes.
Bryces...you haven't killed Brennsa until a defense roll is made for him. He can make it, or, if you wish to speed things up, AP or I can roll for him.
You'll have to wait till Arc comes back to find out the details of the boss and the marbles. Until then, note how many marbles you got and keep going.

Edit: Taking a look at the player stats...yeah. Even if Brennsa rolls a 20, which would be a 28, he can't beat Xallen's 35.
He's out. Ouch.

It dosent matter what Brennsa rolls. The attack roll was for 35, the highest defence Brennsa can get is a 28 (20+6+ cool Owle beat me to it.
In this case, Jacknife nabs at least two marbles. Brennsa's and boss-boy's.

All I really want is to be able to move on to new things. Our team can't really move on if Brennsa is in limbo. I'd appreciate it if someone would roll for him please, so we can get his marble and leave.
The other thing is that Arc implied OOC that there were multiple marbles from this boss, but never said IC. We're not even sure how many there are. So should I just keep track of the fact that we defeated that boss and grabbed any marbles that he might have had?
EDIT: Can he destroy marbles like that?

Alright. Owl can go ahead and roll for Brenn, but I'm not going to be active for a good long while. Assume the rock explodes, leaving you guys with your escape time, but the marbles would still go kablooey. If Brenn's character lives, he's back at the headquarters with me, assuming we ran at the explosion as well. Both of us will be in super stealth mode after that, since I'm getting my a** back to bed for a few hours.
EDIT: Nevermind Brenn's roll then. I'm back at base, super stealth style.

I'm going to rule that the marbles survive the explosion, though how your characters would know that, I've got no clue.
Everything else I support.

Brennsa is dead, but you don't get his marble. Xallen is far away (or at least farther away then Alm is) and Zen is running from an exploding rock or something.
Jacknife can pick up the marbles the boss dropped, but Alm gets to keep the marble Tormenta had.
Since Alm knew the explosion was coming, he'd be able to recover from it faster than Zen or Xallen could find Tormenta's marble. Therefore, he can drag Brennsa's whole corpse back to the base with him...or just the marble, whichever he prefers.

I call bullshit on this post. skythIII Adam cursed when his knife was deflected from it's mark, then turned as a car drove past the group. Looking into the seats, he noticed a rather large man holding a series of grenades...and he knew what those grenades could do. Quickly doing a calculation in his head, he determined which was more important. His life, or the marble. The decision wasn't hard. Adam quickly turned and bolted away from the monstrous zombie, and swiftly dove with a roll to Aiolos' feet. "Play 'Wicker Basket', now!" he said authoritatively, pointing toward the grenades so his teammate wouldn't try and ignore the order.

I'm going with this one.
I have been keeping up with the posting there and from what I've seen Fen kept on driving past the group fighting, turned a corner, and is coming around.
Impact did not get the grenades until asked. They were already gone past the group at that time.
This not including the obvious facts that cars are not transparent.
There is no way to 'peer into the windows' of a car that drove past and see something that was not even pulled out yet. Also from how I read it Cerberus did not drive right through you people close enough to get near the window.
