Roxas cringed away from Saix, his fingers melting through the handle of the keyblade, shattering the light into motes that quickly dispersed. He swallowed hard, forcing himself to meet Saix's gaze.
"If that's all you need from me, then..." Roxas managed to get out, keeping his voice fairly level, considering the proximity of the demonic audio.

"Actually..." Saix began speaking again, moving his face down closer to Roxas' level. "I do have something else I need you to do for me. As you know, Axel is in the study with Larxene and Demyx. As much as I trust them all..." He paused, this would have been the part where he laughed if he had a heart. "Before you go on your little quest to find Sora, do please drop by there for me informing them of your activities, it may prove useful that you and that group stay in contact. The two seem to run side by side." The demonic was lying, very obviously. Something he remembered had led him to formulate a secondary plan. Mentioning Sora to those three, who he had dubbed the overly emotional of the group (save for the old Superior's love for the dramatic, even more so than himself), should entice a reaction, something very important to the rest of his plot.

Roxas pressed himself as far back in his seat as he could manage without siomply phasing through the back of it to escape and nodded his agreement to Saix's proposal of letting Axel, Demyx, and Larxene know what he was planning to do. Though he really couldn't stand the loud-mouthed blonde girl, the thought of actually getting to see his friends again and maybe having a chance to talk to them seemed like a good thing, overshadowing the tiny voice telling him something about this was just wrong.
"Well," Roxas started. "If that's all then, I'll go and find the others."

"That's if for what is required of you for now...but it's far from all, dear Roxas." Saix moved away and resumed sitting in the chair marked I. "Make sure they're doing their work too while you're at it, knowing them, I'm sure they are...sidetracked to say the least." He pointed Roxas towards the large door and gave a half-smile, showing his fangs. "Have fun now."
