I always take my weight in the early morning. That's the best time to do it! Well... after you take a poo or something. You're the lightest after a long night's sleep and you weigh the most at the end of the day.

It turns out I've lost a pound and since last week biggrin !
I was 146 today~

EEkKkkk! It's been a month and a half!
I'm so irresponsible XD!
Good news is I joined a half hour exersize class for 2 days a week.
Bad news is I've only gained 2 pounds since Jan. gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk
My mom and I vowed to loose 15 pounds by summer.
I fecking hope I shape up!
