Water: [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] Pedometer: - [7'285//1o'ooo] steps. Exercise: - . Thoughts of the Day: Yays: I found a pedometer, which is awesome. It counts your steps, and the 'rate' of an active person is 10,000 steps. So I'm going to make that my daily goal. (: ten thousand steps per day. Then, every week, I'll bump it up 500 steps, until I'm at 13-14 thousand? (:
Boos: Starbursts, gotta quit them. ><;; And the rice& gravy. We didn't have anything else to eat. -_-; Icky foods for me. >< I'll exercise them off though.
