Grim_Reaper_Rules Ok i may have said this before but you can not realy compare Paige and Prue as they were compleatly different charcters the onlu similarity between the to was that the 3rd sister could move things with he mind thats it but even that was different since Paige was part Whitelighter This isn't a thread to compare them, although people are tending to, it's showing a preference towards one sister or another.

They find Prue to be too much of an older sister. They don't look into her personal life they attack her for being protective and powerful.

I myself don't have a problem with Prue just with some of the Prue fans who don't like Paige because she in a way replaced Prue

I like Prue better. I guess it's because the first episode I remember with Paige in it she was being all suspicious of Cole and wanting to vanquish him because she thought he was still evil (well, I guess she was right). But I so wanted Phoebe and Cole to work out.

Well the people who make Charmed wanted to still have a sister that didnt trust or like Cole that much and as Prue could notdo it no more being dead they got Paige to take over that

Yeah I am glad everything worked out for Piper and Leo but they put them through way way to much and it got really annoying.
There were a lot of things in the storyline that were messed up.

I definitely like Prue better. She was the origional, and the leader of the group. Not to mention, Shannon Doherty(sp?) is a better actress. All of paige's powers are nothing but a twist on Prue's powers so they could easily replace her.
Now, dont get me wrong, I like paige, and I think that her powers can be a bit cooler at times, but Prue was the origional, and as they say 'nothing's better than the origional.' (at least thats what they say in the south)

I started watching Charmed after Prue died so I don't really know that much about Prue but I just finished watching the entire first season.
I've never been a big fan of Paige and after watching season one I've really gotten to like Prue. She's a bit hard on her sisters but she is the oldest and has the most responsibility. It's hard to be the oldest and I think she handles it well.

I Found that when Prue was in the show that every thing seemed to revolve areound her all the time and that she was to much of a control freak and had to get her own way.
