Toyo good2Btrue Wanna know why? We're off watching The Simpsons on TV. We have our priorities you know! biggrin that is so tru and i think we could make more polls where there is a ressin cause lots of the polls are juts one chose so u get gold but i dont think thats a good poll.....

i love the simpsons i dont lie about that and didnt join because i like it i join because i'm honestly obsessed! you need to create a special area for the real simpsons fans and create a test to get access.

Ratrapid - That would probably require another guild entirely. Subforums can either me Crew Only or Everyone.
Also I don't like the idea of seperating people. It encourages eliteism which is a bad thing and isn't good for a small guild.

Guilds don't usually take off. You need a large active member base really, and that is something hard to come by. It isn't just your guild.

Okay back to the guild. I think people just join for the fun of it and the knowing that they are in the guild. If you're not going to do anything, DON'T JOIN!

I Know there are many fans in this guild but my sugestion is to start enforing some rules here. I noticed howmany users sign up but DONT post at all. I think that if you are not active, except in certain circumstances, then you need to be removed from the guild.

Okay, I'm going to clear up a few things here-
Firstly, I seriously doubt that I'll put a fanfiction section in, mainly because of the fact that I think fanfiction is crap.
Second, I will not make a seperate section for 'hardcore' fans, mainly because the entry policy I've got the mods enforcing ensures that only people really into The Simpsons or Futurama get in.
Third- we have a trivia thread, but I'm not really sure if that's still active or not. I generally let it do it's own thing.
And finally, I'm not going to do an inactive member purge, just because we've now go so many members it would take me forever to go through everyone and let them know about the no-posting policy.
I hope that I've cleared up some of the concerns about the guild that have been brought up recently. Just for the record, I'm very much a laissez-faire captain- I sit back and let the guild grow and adapt, leaving the non-admin stuff to the other members. It's your guild, so I don't appreciate it when people say that the guild's boring- you only get out what you put in. You also need to remember that this isn't the Chatterbox- we don't have thousands of people online at the same time, so it's a pretty slow guild.

So far, I like this guild. I especially enjoy the Futurama section heart . I visit nearly everyday to see if people have responded to my posts (something I don't really care about on the public forums).

I like this guild, it's cool, and if people don't want to post then it's their loss. as for spicing up the guild, I'd help in any way I can. I'd donate lots to the guild if I had enough money.
I love this guild...
