((Yays, I"m back!)) "Yay!" Budgie cheered. She got up and danced around, wings bobbing as she bounced. "I'm so glad. Let's be bestest friends forever!" She gave Zach a big hug, her specialty. She wasn't so nervous now, knowing she had a friend to accompany her. "I'm hungry," she said when she settled down.

Zach put his hand to his ching as he begain to think. "Well.... Hmm.... You can't eat raw meat can you? No, I don't think so, you'll get sick....." A look of comprehention flashed across his face, and he slapped his forehead. "DUH! We're in the middle of a freaking city full of FARMS! Considering everyone's inside eating, it shouldn't be too hard to grab a few things.... I don't think food for one or two people is gonna hurt them much......" He looked around. "The question is what to snag......"

"Oh, you don't have to worry about me. I usually just eat out of the garbage can. It's not so bad if you pick off the icky greenish parts," Budgie said and shook her head, "Oh, no, I don't like meat. I don't like hurting the animals..."

Sora smiled. "Still, you'll get even sicker if you eat out of garbage.... Not to mention dirty. If that's what you really want though, go ahead. I already ate." He looked around some more, then gazed up at the sky. The sun was still near the center, which ment they still had away before people came back to continue their activities. "Best hurry and do whatever though. I don't want to be out here in the open when people start moving around again."

"Okay," Budgie said. She quickly found a dumpster left open in the sun. She dove in with the skill of someone who's done it alot. She scrounged around for a bit and pulled out a brown apple. She picked out the bad parts and began eating it. "Do you want some? I like to share!" Budgie said, offering some to him.

Zach looked at the girl in the dumpster. "No thanks, like I said, I already ate." He quickly scanned the area again, partially as a reflex and partially to find a place to sit. He decided a tree was good enough, so he walked over to one of the ones near the edge and sat down, leaning agains the trunk for support. "I'll just wait over here." He stared up at the leaves as the soft wind ruffled them slightly.

Walking through the empty streets, Kaine extended his extra appendages around himself, as if to sense the area. He certainly see and hear well enough, but he liked the way it felt to move them about. It was magnificent to finally be free of the scientists, the tests, the poking and prodding, the constant surveillance...all of it, gone. He'd never have to deal with it again; at least, he hoped not. Hearing voices, he paused and pulled his appendages inwards around himself. Slowly, he moved forward to catch what was being said.

Budgie stopped eating, thinking she heard something moving nearby. She got up and ran off, seeming to lose her fear that she had previously. She left Zach without of word and bounded in front of the new, extra limbed man. "Hi!" Budgie greeted a bit more warm now. "Are you an experimenet too?"

Zach smiled and inhaled sharply. "Probally, since he smells similar to you, Budgie. And I don't think A scientist would smell so much like an animal, probally more of that sanatizing crap." He stood up and stretched his arms out wide.

Kaine smiled at the young girl. "That's what they tell me," he said, amused. He extended his spider arms as though mocking the young man. "And I wouldn't be far off in guessing you two escaped from that place as well?"

"I did!" Budgie cheered. "They didn't like me very there. I used to live in a small cage, but I got out. I don't remember how, but I did. I"m Budgie! We should be friends, since they were both mean and experimentiy on us and stuff." She smiled pleasently. Oh boy, the possiblity of two friends? How exciting!

Zach held his hands up as he walked over. "I.... Can't answer that. I have no idea how I got here. I woke up in a bed, and found I was in a deserted building. Although the people have since then moved back in...." He had a note of agitation in his voice at the mention of the townsfolk's return. He put his hands down. "I don't remember ever seeing a lab......."

Grinning at Budgie, Kaine extended a hand to her. "Nice to meet you, Budgie. I'm Kaine." He looked to the boy. "No memory at all?" He considered this for a second. "Perhaps you should consider yourself lucky. What's your name?" Kaine was pleased to have met some fellow experiments. Although he felt he could take care of himself, it was nice to have company.

Zach smiled in his usuall manner. "I'm Zach!" The smile quickly faded from his face. "Although I don't know why you consider me lucky... Cuz of this stupid amnesia, I can't even remember how to read!" He sighed. "Ah well, my problem, not yours......" He turned his head back twords the sky. "Can we find a place more.... Secluded, please?"

"Ah, poor Zachy. Don't worry, I can't read either. Though I don't know if I forgot or if I just didn't get teached it. What's secluded? Is it tasty?" Budgie asked, hopping up and down. She grabbed one of Kaine's human like hands and clung to him like the hyper child she was.
