The gun only hurts vampires...for what reason, though? So Yuki can be as emo as she wants and kill herself over and over?! [I'm kidding, of course...] Hmmm...I dunno. Maybe it was made by the one guy, you know? Black hat and shotgun that he held at Zero's head in Shojo! Beat last time? Something like that might determine origin since apparently that dude was his master and suuuch. But, as to why it would only hurt vampires, that has yet to be explained.

I may have to take a look at Saiyuki Gaiden, then! ^.^
i think you'll like it. but sadly, minekura sensei only published one volume of it...but you should try saiyuki reload manga too.. learning the past of Goku and what happened to Sanzo Ikkou 500 years ago is good but Reload is interesting too.

Meh. I just think it's an old weapon passed down from vampire hunter clan to vampire hunter clan. Zero's teacher from when he was young might've given the chairman the Bloody Rose...I don't know. I haven't read those chapters in a looong time @__@
