my step mother and i were talking about it because she had read in a book(she's studying to be a councelor and has no idea that i am bisexual) she said that because most families have planted the ideas that homosexuality is wrong in the minds of their children the children, when they grow to adolesence and beyond believe that they themselves are wrong. i kind of battled with the same thing because my dad's boss is a homosexual man and my father often talks about how he is a sin and is going to go to hell. some people can't handle that stress of thinking that they are wrong.
or at least that's what my step mother and i were discussing

I've almost purpously overdoes on sleeping pills (I was holding 5 in my hand and stared at them for a bit, i put them back..)
I've thought about it alot.. but I've slightly gotten over it instead of wanting to die, i just want to cease to exist. dissapear from the world, and people's memories just fade into the background and never come back...
the reason I haven't killed msyelf is because the boy i like doesn't want me to, which is actually hurting me more...

The only thing keeping me from killing myself, is 5 people, and the dream of having a family of my own one day. .

Suicidal thoughts are normal for all people of any age. If you dont think of killing yourself at least once in your life there's something wrong...

b.u.n.n.i.e Suicidal thoughts are normal for all people of any age. If you dont think of killing yourself at least once in your life there's something wrong... i think that is...not true. i believe if one never wonders what it would be like if one were not on earth then there may be something a little wierd or one are way too cocky. i think that saying everybody will think of suicide is a little dramatic.

Well, I do think about suicide quite a lot, but I think I am too scared to actually do it. Plus, I think i still have too much to live for, and there are a few people I don't want to hurt. But, the suicidal thoughts don't have anything to do with my sexuality.

I have thought about suicide onlyonce in my life and only tried it once as well. I believe the fact that homosexual teenagers in the US have higher percentage of suicides than other groups do, just shows that America is not the melting pot, many people believe it is. To be honest I enjoy the fact of living in a different country, because it allows me to have a different point of view upon such subjects. Here in Germany, everything is quite different. Even though many people are still suspicious about gays or lesbians, they accept them and law allows them to marry and maybe in a short while even to adopt children. I do not know many homosexual around where I live, but I think I know enough to say that it surely depends on where you live. Homosexuality has always been been a topic to raise Cain about, despite the fact that it had already existed in the antic greek. I, for my part, believe that social disorders are the main reason for such grafics. With this America once more has proven to be one of the most conservative and old fashioned countries in the world. I can not understad, how a democratically choosen president can talk about bringing peace and freedom to another country if he isn't even able to secure such things within his own borders of influence.
So this were just my random thoughts about this topic. If anyone finds any spelling or grammatical mistakes, please tell me. I am eager to learn and improve. ^^

those who can't accept who you are, are just stupid asses... and instead of taking life head on like all of us here... those homophobes are trying to mold life into what they want.
you cant mold life into what you want but there are alternatives to suicide and bashing other peoples morals. its called running away to a nice quiet paradise in wich only you can find and invite. such paradises are hard to find. ive done it but relised my families way more important so i came back.
suicide is for the weak. its a risk and risks are fun but not this one. its a futile escape of a life that seems inescapable. so take like by the balls and rub em ,with the occasional lick, till you find an opening to plunge in. (heehee metaphors are fun)let me explain.... live life and live by the basic rules of government [not including drug policy or gay laws and stuff just ignore those] im talking about not killin anyone or not stealing... just common sense. and when you find a chance to escape physically take it.).. it might not be as simple as that but try it... o and stress relievers such as ms. mary-jane can relieve alot of stress (aka the occasional lick)but do it responsably or youll open up another can of worms.
i dont know this is not really thought out its just dribble with thought so like give me your opinions to... dont be mean to me

Suicide's the best way to die in my opinion. At least you know when it's happening.

Domino JS Suicide's the best way to die in my opinion. At least you know when it's happening. Why in any case would you prefer suicide over a normal death? If you were like let's say 70 years old, would you still consider suicide the more appropriate way to nd your life, then just wait for your heart to stop beating?

YES... this is probably really true, but a little hard to swallow. i know that i've actually attempted it, just barely saved by an ex girlfriend and i've thought about it a lot lately but it's hard to think that life has really gotten that hard, or people have become that weak.
