Ishira spun her staff above her head and then let it lightly touch the ground as she lowered it. Small orbs of light would come from the ground each time her staff touched it and a white circle formed around her. Her kimono moved silently as if a small wind had entered the room, but none could be seen or felt. Ishira took a stance similar to Gil and stayed low to the ground.
"Gil, it is never wise to strike first unless you know your oponent. I have only fought you once before and i have no desire to strike first but... I can ignore those feelings just this once." Almost as soon as she was done speaking the white circle disappeared and Ishira was in Gils face. She smiled and went to strike at his knees, holding back a little because she was sure Gil knew her plan. He would soon see the lesson she had in plan.

"You should never underestimate me so,...."
At that, the figure that had been Gil burst in an explosion of light..... Suddenly, at irregular intervals, he could be seen flitting about the walls as though gravity itself did not exist.... However, there was something odd about him,.....each time he appeared he was wearing a different color; White, blue, green, red........ Then after only a moment, he disappeared completely.........moments passed in complete silence,...then all of a sudden, Gil, in red, burst out of nowhere,....his naginata swirling dangerously,.....He advanced upon her, at an almost godly speed.....He swung hard, his blade going straight for her throat,.....

Ishira only smiled and didnt even try to block the attack. Instead she put her staff to the ground and the white circle appeared once again. A light jumped out of the white circle, surrounding Ishira. Before the naginata could hit her the light stopped it enough for Ishira to move out of the way of the hit. She kept her eyes fixed on the red Gil, but she knew something was wrong. How did his clothes change? Were there more then one Gil? Ishira perked her ears up and listened to every sound just incase she was right.
"I dont underestimate you... I know your stronger then myself.." Ishira whispered. Strength wasnt everything though...

The red Gil went moving swiftly passed her having missed his mark,.....but he did not stop, instead, he arched his back and swung his naginata in a wide horizontal arc......
At the same time, behind Ishira, the blue Gil appeared, standing easily upon the wall......His naginata was held almost in a rest position, but that was not important..... In his free hand, a cackling ball of light swirled with deadly energy,........
Then, simultaneously the white Gil somersaulted from a wall and landed upon the ceiling, his naginata straight above her head, and the green Gil rose from the floor beneathe her and reached for her legs.....

All four spoke at once.... They smiled at her, adding to their mystery....

"Simple minded? I did not see you that way.." Ishira only smiled and the white circle around her grew. She was quick to move out of reach of the green gil. The white Gils naginata wpuld have hit her, but again the light around Ishira pushed the naginata away. Ishira wasnt quick enough though to block the Reds attack. After the Whites naginata hit the light, it quickly disappeared. "Damn, should have used a stronger one.." Ishira whispered as Reds naginata sliced through the sleeve of her kimono and cut her side. She only used one hand to check the wound, making sure it wasnt deep and then she prepared for the Blues attack. A light ball of energy... Ishira smiled and nodded. She copied his attack within a second and waited. "Dont underestimate me... I wont give up so easily... " Ishiras voice was playful but serious at the same time.

"Touche'....."
The blue Gil launched his attack,...then immediately he disappeared in a burst of blue light.....At the same time, the red Gil and green Gil both burst in the same way...... The white Gil somersaulted down from the ceiling, landing easily behind Ishira,......the three balls were immediately absorbed back into his, through his palm...... the white Gil spun his naginata then brought the end slamming into the ground..... A shockwave of light emmited from where the weapon touched the floor......... when it cleared, the room was in near complete darkness......

Ishira threw the orb in her at the Blues attack, spinning herself around in order to find the others. They all burst into colors of light, which was surprising to Ishira and for a moment she watched all three of them before the went behind her. She heard the tap of the Whites shoes so she went to turn and face him. Before she could react though he was already done with his spell. Ishiras staff shined in her hands and she flew back due to the shockwave. When she opened her eyes all she could see was darkness and maybe the slightly outline of Gils figure.
"Hmm..." Ishira decided it was best to set up another spell so she quickly moved her staff in a circle around her, creating yet another white circle on the ground.

As the lights went out, Gilthana's Kurogan instantly went into effect.....The entire room was bathed in a strange light, yet only silhouettes were visible..... He focused his attention on Ishira,.....
She was good,...that, he had no doubt,... but he was not so sure she could prepare for what he planned next...... Gilthana formed a strange hybrid symbol with his hands and focused on the light energy within him, his chakra building quickly as he concentrated......
Then, visible only to his eyes, the circular glyph formed upon the floor......it began to rotate slowly, enclosing them both in its glow....

((Just so you'll know,...my Kurogan is my family's Keikei genkai.....In areas with absolutely no light it allows me to see the very light impulses in side of an individuals body....I can even see the trails of movement..... That said, it provides me with perfect eyesight even in absolute darkness,.....
The technique you are about to witness is also a technique of my blood line,.....it derives its power from the Kurogan,...Hence, the darker it is in a room, the more powerful the technique.....you'll have to wait and see what it does, though.....))

((understandable, Ishira too has her own little bloodlines and such ^.^ So i guess we will both have surprises ))
Ishira could hear Gils breathing and movements. She knew where he was but wasnt sure what he was doing. The hair on the back of her neck stood up though, and a low growl came from her throat. Something was amiss and she wasnt able to tell what it was. She could feel power building up and the only things she could do was prepare for the attack. Ishira again spun her staff, hitting the ground and making orbs of light form around her. Each orb rushed into her body and soon two white wings spread out around her. She then held her staff in front of her and waited. The white circle hadnt disappeared and her wings held close to her body.

Then, all of a sudden the glyph stopped and flashed a bright light, bright enough to blind them both..... When the light subsided, Ishira stood, alone, upon a grassy hill, the young tiger cub Taki rolling in the grass playfully......butterflies skittered about and birds flew high it the clear blue sky,.......
Then everything turned for the worse,.....The sky darkened...... and the grass began to die, wilting then disappearing into nothing more than dust,..... then the hill began to tremor and split open,.....
The misfortunate cub was swallowed up in the crack as it traced a line for Ishira.......it split between her feet and opened the dark chasm beneath her,......without ground to stand on, there was only one way to go.......

Ishira only smiled, wondering what else was going to happen. The force of falling was surprise to her, since in her mind she was convinced this was an illusion. Ishira rolled up in a ball and covered her throat with her hands. There was no way she would allow a scream to come from her, this wasnt real. Ishira opened on eye, waiting to see if she would be released from this torment or would have to break it... She had only become sensei recently, so this was new to her.

From Gil's perspective the room had not changed,.... in fact, he stood exactly in the same spot,......as he watched her, he could sense her calm,.....she was no fool afterall, so she knew this was an illusion,.....but she would soon learn that this illusion was like no other, for it not only warp light around the person, creating images, but it also manipulated the light inside of one's body, causing the events of such illusion to feel extremely real....... with each manipulation, the light would get weaker and weaker until the victim is exhausted of his/her energy........ Only then could the illusion be broken.......
As she fell, the floor of the chasm came rushing up to her,.... it glowing surface promising an unbearable heat.......and as she descended swiftly, sure enough the heat began to rise.....

Ishiras eyes snapped open and she threw her hand out in front of her. Her staff formed in her hands and a light started to form at the top of the staff. An illusion, that was all it was and no matter how real it felt, it could not compare to what she had already experienced in her life.
"Takki!" Ishira called.
The tiger cub was much bigger now and didnt need to be in the same room to hear its master call it. Within seconds the cub ran to the room Ishira and Gil were in to spot Ishira in a trance like state. Memories of the old days would fill the cubs head and like any other time it went to attack Gil.
Ishira still stayed calm, though it felt as if it were getting warmer. She spun her staff slightly and a wind wrapped itself around her body. Ishira waited for the right time to strike. She wanted to get this right..... She had too or she would fail as a teacher in her mind.
