Happy Birthday...

The words echo in her head as she open her eyes slowly. Blinking she close them again as she felt the sting from the headache that was coming on. She had learn so much at once, and the dark figure seem to be anything but gentle. Yet she didn't fear him, afterall he allow her to awake didn't he?

Looking around she slowly takes in her surrounding, it was pretty plain, but with some touchup she could make it feel like home. Pushing off the bed she pulls her blanket around her body as she debates. She really wanted to go back to sleep, but from what she saw in her dreams, her sister was also awake.

That alone made her want to venture outside, she wanted to see f Mack had changed at all. Or was she still the same? Either way she was going to have fun seeing her again.

Moving to the closet she looks over her clothes, a smile form on her face as she pulls out a pair of flare light blue jeans as well as a pink sweater. Nodding her apporval she changes quickly then moves to the bedside stand to pull her brush through her hair.

Glancing around one more time she rubs the brim of her nose trying to figure out if she needed anything else.

Feeling the rush of air she turns looking at her bed. Shaking her head she looks around again, she knew she saw movement but she couldn't pinpoint it. Turning back to her bed she walks over to it climbing up onto the mattress.

Running her finger lightly over the red bow, she carefullly pulls the top off only to gasp when she see the puppy. Squeeling she picks it up giving her a hug. She always wanted a puppy and now she had one.

The small puppy gave a yelp then licked Sorya's face. Giggling Sorya kiss the little puppy's nose "What to call you? Hmmm...how about Pom Pom?" when the puppy yips her approbal Sorya nods then lays back down on the bed.

Pom Pom curls up next to her just watching her before giving a small yawn. Sorya melted as she pets the top of the puppies head. This had to be the best birthday ever.

Mack didn't leave her home, she hadn't in days. Not since one of her dear friends had vanish. She was angry and upset all at the same time. Angry with herself for not trying to stop it, moresor for being a coward and not going after Kyler.

Hitting the wall hard enough to punch a hole into it, tears stream down her face. She thought everyone was protected in the city, but now this? It just didn't make any sense to her. Falling to her knees her tail wrapped around her waist as she cough a few times.

Her boombox came to life for a moment, it was trying to sooth the girl. It had been doing this for days, just trying to be a comfort, but it wasn't working. So it fell quiet again leaving Mack alone with the silents. Its all it could do.

A knock from the door cause Mack to glance towards the door, her baby sister was at the door holding Pom Pom. Shaking her head she frowns wishing she would just go away, but she knew it wouldn't happen.

Standing she walks to the door unlocking it before she steps away walking back towards her living room. Laying on her couch she just stares at the wall. Her tail wasn't moving at all, so she hid any emotions that might be going on in her at the point.

Sorya step into the dark home frowning as she look around. Moving towards the living room she set Pom Pom on the floor to allow the dog to explore. Walking over to the couch she frowns even more as she look at her sister. She knew Mack was upset, she didn't have to show it, but she knew.

Kneeling down in front of her older sister she brush her fingers through her hair only to brush at the tears that ran down her cheeks. Shaking her head she wraps her arms around Mack's neck holding her older sister.

For the first time Mack was happy to have her baby sister here. Even though she was a pain in the a** somtimes the girl knew when to be there for her. Hugging her sister close she was tremebling as the tears continue to fall.

Sorya just try to be soothing as possiable, she didn't talk, all she did was be there. She had to for Mack, she knew that Mack was lost and she needed someone to keep her from running. Looking toward the boombox then towards the windoe all she did was sigh.

She was hoping everything would go back to being normal. She wanted her older sister back, even if she wanted to kill her sometimes. She missed her and fear that Mack wouldn't ever be the same.
