That's an old video, they had problems about their financial agreement, and they were fired. (That's the reason George got mad and shaved his head xd ) But then they were hired back on again, so it's fine.

i have truned from her as well but i see it as this they all make a good team replace one and the team might fall apart

I read in the imdb that william petersen is going to come back he's leaving for a few episodes but that the one who might leave would be jorja fox

She is because..
She is going to be the one who dies.
The miniture crime scene killer left a package on Grissom's desk after he left.
If you notice as the camera is zooming in on the doll puzzle piece in the box , you see Sara's bedroom.
So maybe she will die in her room?
I have no idea.

Sara's bedroom? eek THAT's Sara's bedroom? How could you figure that out? gonk I've only seen her house through that episode where:
The teams looks at this workaholic and Sara realizes that she's just like that woman.
