Sun Li raised and eyebrow, "you suppose? Who could resist someone as strong and capable as me?" He crossed his arms over his chest and snorted playfully... "Maybe I don't want ot be a bandit now... since the angel doesn't seem to care..." Then he smiled at her, and his stomach growled... "Oh yeah... I havent eaten today... or yesterday... do bandit demons get food?"

A young man started through the pass of Reikaku Mountian, looking around the area, with an interesting look on his face. He looked like many people do on their first trip to the capital... rather awe inspired. "To think so many things happened here..." he whispered. He was obviously a noble, and carried a bag. His horse was a fine animal and his long, brown hair fell to the middle of his back. He was almost too pretty to be a man, and yet to masculine to be a woman. He was dressed in the finery of a male noble, and he trotted along, seemingly oblivious to the fact there were bandits around.

Wincing as she became conscious, Ayame slowly opened her eyes, gray eyes widening as she saw dirt before her. Quickly pushing herself up into a sitting position, the seventeen-year-old rubbed her right eye with the back of her right hand, taking a look around with her unobscured left eye. Wherever she was, she wasn't in a library. Or rather, she was, but wasn't at the same time. How she managed to conjure up such a setting was beyond her, though.

"Oh, I knew the library was going to be a bore," Ayame said to herself, rising to her feet and brushing off any dirt that had attached themselves to her school uniform from the time she was lying on the ground. Tatsuko had wanted to go to the library that day after school to start on some sort of homework or other, and the girl only agreed to go because she was promised they would all do something fun afterwards-- that, and because they were good friends, of course.

But somehow, she had fallen asleep...that's what the brunette believed, anyway. How else could she explain the strange surroundings around her? It was definitely an odd setting to dream of, but that could also be blamed on the book she was flipping through before dozed off with that eerie light. Rubbing the back of her head, Ayame continued to glance around the huge mountain village she was in front of, wondering what she was going to do until one of her friends woke her up.

Before she could decide, though, a small group of men had walked behind her, one of them roughly bumping into her as they walked past. Pushed forward due to the action, Ayame turned to give a bewildered look at the men before checking to see if she had dropping anything. Noticing she was missing her wallet, she quickly glanced back up to look at the trailing backs of the men.
"Hey! Come back here!" she yelled, running after them, and unknowing into a trap.

Watching Sun Li react in such a mannner to her jesting comment, Mika couldn't help but laugh. There was a smile on her lips as she looked over at him, raising one of her eyebrows, mischeviously. She grinned, walking over to him, her arms crossed over her chest in a playful manner. "Yes, bandit demons do get food. Particularly if they need to keep up their strength." She giggled once more, turning and leading him back towards the base. Though, she stopped when she saw a rather elegant looking noble on a horse coming around the bend. A smirk appeared on her lips as she looked at him. He seemed to be just the type of person whose finery would be better used to feed those who were less fortunate.

Tamahome also spotted the regal man, and gave Mika a grin. He was quite happy with how the flirting was going, now he wanted to prove he could be a good bandit as well. The horse would be worth a pretty penny itself, not to mention the money he'd had on him. Sun Li moved next to Mika and crossed his arms over his chest to wait for the noble to get close enough.

Riku, crown prince of Konan, smiled a bit when he saw a man and a woman standing on the road. Having been raised in the palace, he was very sheltered and didn't much have a clue. He approached them, "are you two from this Mountain? Have you heard any local legends of what happened here when the priestess arrived?" He smiled a bit, his hazel eyes going to the pair. He was just to honorable to do much else.

The red haired female wanted to crack up laughing at the noble man's comments. He wanted to know the local legends, well then Mika wouldn't disappoint. "Local legends... hmmm.. I know of one. This mountain that you are currently passing through is Mount Reikaku, the once home of the Celestial Warrior, Tasuki. He was the leader of the Mount Reikaku bandits, and a very honorable man, given his profession. He would never ask for much from those he chose to rob, only a few coins to keep the camp going as well as to help the citizens in the city below. In his memory, the current camp keeps his tradition. And you, lucky man, get to partake in part of the legend." The smirk that had been upon her lips didn't waver as she spoke, finding the entire situation quite amusing. She had never been much of a storyteller, but this was quite an intruiging robbery. Lifting her hand, a small fireball appeared in it, that she started to toss, the red glow appearing on her ankle. "Once you pay the toll, you are free to pass through the mountain. Think of it as a charity donation. So, if you would be so kind as to remove your coin purse..."

Riku frowned a bit, "Ah so you are the bandits... certainly not what I expected... very well, if one of you can take my purse, then I will contribute, if not, you tell me of the Celestial Warrior Tasuki, and all the pivotal events that happened here." He slipped over his horse and drew his sword. "You have the honor of addressing Prince Riku of Konan, now may I have your names?"

Tamahome frowned a bit and looked to Mika, "Um, is that such a good idea? He's the crown prince, we attack him and we could get our heads chopped off..." He made a cutting motion across is throat to illustrate. "I'm all for living dangerously, but that might just be stupid on our parts." He started having that tingling sensation he got when he when he found Tasuki, though this was much more intense. He frowned a bit... "Do you feel that?"

Normally, Mika would have balked at the idea of attacking the crown Prince of Konan, however, at the moment... she wanted to fight. Besides, he had given a good offer, she had to admit. "I will agree, under two conditions. One, the fight is under the rules of first blood. And two," she said, her head tilting slightly to gaze at Tamahome, nodding a bit before turning back to the Prince, "There can be no consequence of this fight. No hunting us down for this if I win the duel. No beheadings, no nothing." With that, her blade was removed from it's sheath, as she held it at the ready. She wasn't quite as good with a blade as she was with fans, but the only fan she wanted to get her hands on was currently unavailable. "So, do you agree, your Highness?" The red glow on her ankle on grew a bit, a small smile on her lips. Though, she paused for a moment, to look back at Tamahome, nodding. She didn't know what the odd feeling was, but it was definately strange. She pushed it aside, turning her attention back to Riku. She had to keep focused. "I am Mika, often known as the Bandit Princess or Tasuki."

Riku noticed the red light, and a red light appeared on his own neck as the image of a phoenix appeared. "I come here searching for legends of the Celestial Warriors, and I find the Warriors themselves, I accept your terms Lady Tasuki, and after I beat you, then I'll beat your friend." He looked to him as if waiting his name, but he started to feel a very strong pull, but he wrote it off to being near one of Suzaku's Warriors.

Seeing the Phoenix appear upon the Prince's neck only made Mika's smirk grow even larger. "Another Warrior... I must say, today must be my lucky day." She was glad that the fight wasn't going to result in either of their heads being removed. Given that her head was wanted multiple places, having another city that she couldn't go to did make things a little harder to do her good deeds. Perhaps, if I do beat the Prince in combat, I should be a bit more leniant. There has to be a reason all of the warriors are assembling here... I wonder if the Priestess is going to show soon...

Riku smiled just a bit, "Not exactly a warrior, but yes, I am a chosen of Suzaku..." He gripped his sword and waited for the girl to make the first move... It must be the will of Suzaku that I be here this day, why else would I meet a Celestial Warror? Bandit princess indeed... He started to circle, wanting to get a feel for how Mike moved...

Sun Li still wasn't too keen on the whole fighting royalty thing... even if he'd said he wouldn't punish them. If he was the crown prince, and something did happen to him, then it wouldn't matter that he absolved them, his father would still be out for their heads. He felt that sharp pain in his hip again, and as much as he didn't want to leave Angel, the Demon knew something was up. He started down the road a bit, seeing those three from earlier, and a strange girl chasing them... "What the hell?"
