Torvil chuckled. "I am studying my people's magic, as well as how it fits into the arcanium of other people, it's a hobby of mine," He smiled and bowed his head. "Far too long have my people gone without a proper test of their magic, they've become, what do they say? Complacent?" He chuckled and shook his head. "Of course, considering how isolated we were, it wouldn't come as a shock,"
He leaned back into the chair and smiled. "I've rented a small place in the city," He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small slip of paper and a pen, and quickly scribbled down an address handing it to Tinania. "If you ever want to talk to me, there is my address and phone number, call me if you need anything."

Tinania chuckles as she takes the paper "It would give me a chance to test out my own powers. They have grown rather interesting since I grew myself." lifting her hand she chuckles as it starts to sparkle before she blows it off her hand. It was nothing special but as soon as it hit the surface of her book the book seem to come to life for a few moment.
Looking over the paper she nods "Alright I'll come visit you soon, I might have to bring my aunt along to. She been meaning to explore that part of the city for some reason." giving a small shrug she relaxes again.

Torvil chuckled, "I would love to meet your aunt, it might prove to be an interesting discussion between the three of us," He smiled and bowed his head slightly. "Yes, I am quite curious to see what you are capable of," leaning back he smiled. "So, what book are you reading there?"

Tinania chuckles shaking her head "I don't know if you want to meet her, she is pretty out there dad. And I mean out there, she truely walks on the wild side." she wasn't really sure how else to put it. She wasn't suppose to talk to her according to her Aunt Melantha, but when had that ever stopped her before.
Tinania bluses then shrugs "I'm not really all that sure what I can do. I know I have wishes, and the fairy dust. But I'm not sure about anything else." her eyes catch a glimpse of silver blue hair that had black, blond, and blood red highlights.
Shaking her head she stood as her aunt enter the bookshop "You might get to meet her sooner then you think." giving a small wave she steps around the couch hugging her aunt.
Morgana returns the hug before taking a step back, she was built very much like her older sisters. Her pale green eyes look over Torvil before she turns looking back at Tinania "No one saw you come here? I'm impressed." pulling her coat off she pulls slightly at her brown crop sweater before taking a seat "So who this?"

Torvil smiled and leand forwards, deciding he would be polite today, after all, he was in a fairly good mood. "Hello, I'm Torvil, I'm Tinania's father-in-law to be," He chuckled and bowed his head. "You're her, aunt?" He turned to look at Tinania with what some would say be mock shock.
"Tinania, you're joking?! How could this young woman be your aunt?" He chuckled shaking his head. "Why, you could be sisters!" Flattery, pure and simple, but then, Torvil was being polite, and flattery was considered so in his culture.

Tinania chuckles shaking her head before she takes a seat "Yes this is my Aunt Morgana. Aunt Morgana this is Surion's father." leaning back she cross her legs watching them for a moment. If they manage to get along she would be happy.
Morgana arches a brow as sh plays with the ball on her tongue ring. Smirking she leans forward alittle "Flattery, hmm not a turn on in my book. But your cute enough so I won't attempt to make your life a living hell just yet." looking away from him she runs her fingers lightly through her hair.

Torvil laughed and inclined his head a tad, "I apologize then, I did not know that flattery would be insulting to you," He smiled and leaned back in his chair, closing his book and placing it aside. "I would be most interested to see how you could make my life a living hell, as I've just been through hell and back three times over,"
He was of course, refering to the divorce. He did not let it bother him, he'd lost the house, he knew that much, he wasn't going back and he'd had his wards move out of it some time ago. All he had left to his name was his research and what little loot he'd gained on the counterstrike during the war.

Tinania shakes her head before she sits up laying her head on her aunt's shoulder "Don'y mind my Aunt Morgana dad, she a kitten once you knwo her. She just like to act like a big of scary lion." standings she grabs her cup of coffee making her way towards the counter.
Morgana watches her niece walk away before she looks over at Torvil again. She was sizing him up basically to determine if she could torture him, or was he a threat. He was good looking, but so were many of the guys it seem around this city, so she just figure he was just another guy.

Torvil chuckled and nodded to Tinania. "King of the forest complex," He shook his head slowly before turning his eyes back to Morgana watching her size him up.
"Or in this case should I say Queen?" He smirked and sat up a bit more in his chair, focusing his attention on one of the family members of Tinania's family he'd yet to meet, which, to his reckoning, was a rather large list.
"So, Morgana was it?" He asked, lifting his hand up to run through his short hair, he'd had it cut back during the war to go incogneto, but had decided to keep it short for simplicities sake, in fact, he was even going so far as to dye it brown, but it hadn't taken. "I'm cute enough to not make my life a living hell eh?" He chuckled. "Should I be flattered or very afraid?"
Even if this Morgana was wild, he'd dealt with wild horses before, he didn't need to tame her, he would just have to work his way around her. Besides, as attractive as she was, he wasn't sure Tinania would apprecate her father-in-law flirting with her aunt.
If the divorce had done anything for Torvil, it had taught him that women were, for the most part, very difficult to deal with, and you would never truely understand them. Smirking he watched her, wanting to see if she was an easy goad or not. He still WANTED to be polite, but he didn't think that was how Morgana played the game.

Morgana smirks before pushing her hair over her shoulder "Many are scared if I mention to them that they are too cute to torture. But whatever, you do as you please. Just don't cross my path, plain and simple." sitting back she licks at her bottom lip before crossing her legs.
She was still debating about him, he seem to take everything she threw at him. Which with her was nothing, she was use to seeing guys run from her just from her smart mouth. So to have one man actually toss words back at her made her alittle angry, but also very curious.
She would just have to size him up then see if she could beat him at this game. For now she kept her plans hidden.
Tinania returns holding three cups of coffee, arching a brow she smiles "I figure as long as we're here you guys would like a drink." she hands Morgana hers followed by Torvil.
Taking a seat she smiels to them both "So you two getting along?" she looks back between then biting her bottom lip lightly.
Morgana didn't say anything she simply just nods her head as she takes a sip of her coffee.

Torvil chuckled and took the coffee, giving it a testing sip before nodding. "This is an interesting blend, I've not tasted anything like it before," Tho truth be told, Torvil had limited his coffee drinking, mainly because he didn't want to stay up too late if he could help it, of course, he ALWAYS did.
Looking to Tinania a moment he smiles. "Oh, we're getting along splendedly, like a drowning cat and a mangy dog," He laughed a bit and shook his head slowly. "Or maybe two angry cats in a sack, I'm not quite sure which."

Tinania smirks then stands back up "Good because I'm gonna be over in the magic section. Some new books just came in and I get to look at them first. So don't try to kill eachother, okay?" chucklign she steps away from them heading up to the second level of the bookshop.
She was still pretty close to hear everything, she was just curious how they would get along. She kindof guess that her father needed some company and he might even help round her aunt out. She love her aunt, but she didn't want anymore drama and she knew she was the cause for her Aunt Melantha being on edge.
Morgana watches her niece walk away before she frown. She couldn't believe it, she had just been set up. Looking at Torvil she frowns even more "This is just peachy."

Torvil chuckled, "I was thinking grapefruit, but peachy works," He smirked and sipped his coffee. "So then, you think that you saying that I'm cute will scare me? Really now, that's kind of moronic, who on earth could be scared of a kitten such as yourself?"

Morgana smirks shaking her head "The girl got me pegged wrong. I'm no kitten, never have been and never will be. Back home they are glad I'm gone, not that you would honestly care." shaking her head she looks down "And its Ana by the way, I don't go by Morgana. Only my family cause me that." pushing her hair away from her face she takes another sip of her coffee.
Tinania pulls out her drawing pad and a pencil doing a quick sketch, it was her way of capturing something she might need for later. She didn't know much about Morgana, in fact no one but her Aunt Melantha did. And bringing her up would be sucide.

Torvil nodded his head slowly, "Alright then, Ana, if you say so." He shook his head slowly as he chuckled. "You'd be suprised how much I would care to hear that story, it sounds some-what close to what mine was like when I was younger..." He chuckled a little and waved his hand. "I'm sure yours is probably ten times as worse."
