Astri Okay, there's also the stereotype that if you're bi you're just horny as hell all the time, and could never be satisfied in closed relationship of any kind. It's surprising how many straight and gay people believe this. As a bi girl myself, I just find it depressing as hell. I mean, yes, I like guys. And I like girls. And I can't help it. I totally understand where you are coming from >< Like people don't say that...but guys seriously think I'll do anything w/ them! Like they think I'm different than some of the other girls in their morals, just because im bi! stare Stupid people..

I haven't really encountered gay stereotypes,, other than from my parents, who think I'll end up in a dress, and harass people, and be all inappropriate in public and such.. >_>''

Ugh, I hate stereotypes. I am like the opposite of what a gay guy 'should' be. I'm rather gothic-like. What person (of importance) decided a gay guy couldn't listen to Slipknot and Marilyn Manson, wear all black, and have studded accessories?

well one that i have heard is that gays kiss and do things that "should be" kept behind closed doors in public more then str8s which isnt true i see str8s doing it more then gays do....

I'm bisexual, and she doesn't know that I'm homosexual at all. Though she was watching Jerry Springer once (heh....) and there were these two lesbians on there, and my mum was like "wow...I can't believe they're lesbians.....and they're such pretty girls too.......it's such a shame.........". Like it was such a disease or something. stare I came out and was like "well mum, there's nothing at all wrong with being lesbian". She immediately turned to me with this look that could burn a hole in the wall, and was like "ohh my lord...look at what your saying...it's OK to be Lesbian??! You'd better get your head examined..." I was just like 'if only she knew....'. rolleyes

One stereotype that I though hillarious. All gay men are fashion designers and all fashioon esigners are gay men... Some gays have no sence of fashion, some just mimic, and some like me, make our own unique styles that aren't nesessarily something that suits the general population. I dabble in fashion, but only in things that can be infused with the Skater/Goth fashion lines. Some people say that I have potential to be really preppy at some times... Oh well... Not all gays have fashion sense...

I don't have a fashion sense XD!!!! Not one bit,, I just wear whats in my closet and try and make it look acceptable for the public. Of course I have my days when the matching of clothes are just so good it does seem I have a non-existant fashion sense XD
