The demonlord had reverted to his true form, shedding the pitiful flesh of a human body, and stretcheng his limbs luxuriously.

His long claws dug into the ground, and the foul stench of the demon lords breath was enough to send his human servents to drive the remaining human servants to their knees. He chuckled with amusement, and squashed the nearest one with a claw, He chuckled as yet more blood seeped across the floor, pooling in the cracks between the stones, and staining the hands of his kneeling slaves, who dared not move lest they recieve a similar fate.

"A rather becoming color for this dreary place don't you think?"
His voice echoing in the silent chamber as well as in their minds.

What news dost thou bring me Elysia? this world is once again at my mercy, and I want any, and all uprisings to be squashed before they give the people hope of deliverance."

He roared, an earpiercing screech that resembled the hopeless cry of thousands of condemned souls in unison."

"Speak wisely, and quickly, for thy very soul is at stake shouldst thou try my patience."

His eyes glowed like twin red coals in the waning light, his skin rippled over muscles as he reclined on his bulky black throne. He exhaled a puff of steam, as he turned his eyes unto the man who knelt before him.
He looked familiar... Auren's boy eh? He mused in silence, oh how the great have fallen.

"It is of no great consequence, Feel free to send a few of my minor demons to harry her if you wish, but I doubt that even the infamous Lady of Domachi can change the fate of this world. Her huband Toleranth has passed has he not?"

(your probably wondering about the abrupt change in my rp style, well I've simply adopted the style of Laos when he appeared last.)

"Yes, Lord Toleranth passed away a few weeks ago, my Lord." Arkayid replied without fear. He stood up and bowed. "If I am not mistaken, her escort has been eliminated. She is alone and frightened, and a bit out of our reach. The dragon known as Vermillion has taken over all functions of whatever you want to call the crater that used to be Domachi." He took a deep breath. "That is the end of my report, my Lord. If you will excuse me..." He bowed and spun a heel in perfect march step and marched out of the throne room, each step a metallic click from his armored boots.

He stepped into the area that held Jadeira, the demon, and Yamishiro, and watched her interogation and torture. "The methods you use are cruel, yes, but they won't crack her mind." He said without emotion. "If we really wanted to shatter her, it would be a simple, or rather not so simple spell I know." He continued and watched. "But, if you want to play this cat and mouse game with her, be my guest."

She witnessed this transformation, her body stiff, in awe. Beneath her mask, her bright emerald eyes had widened to display that awe. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. But she did not have time to stare and drool. This was her demon lord... and a very dangerous one at that.

Elysia was hardly phazed by the sound of crushed bones and disgusting sounds of the innards pooling across the ground. Her gaze merely shifted to watch as the pure crimson essance that slipped through the cracks of the stones and stained the slaves' hands and knees. She simply side-stepped to avoid the pathetic human's blood that passed by her feet.

As he spoke, she let her body drop to her knees, her head leaning down in a respectful bow to him. His warning sent a single tremor through her slender body. No one was able to strike fear in her... but Laos was a different story. He made her feel pitiful.. weak.. nearly worthless when he was near.

"My lord..." She murmured, keeping her gaze to the ground. She wouldn't dare meet his gaze. "As said, Domachi has been destroyed and Teir along with it. However, the assassination attempt on the Empress of Houka is questionable as to whether or not it will succeed. Your puppets, I feel, are beginning to fail in their task." Straightening to her feet, she finally raised her gaze up toward him, but never had met his gaze.

"But I am pleased to see Jadira captured... I'm sure if she is swayed, she will prove to be quite.. valuable." Upon her lips, there was a slight smirk. "Is there anything my lord will have me do?"

Yamishiro watched as the convulsions slowed; her body excepting the darkness. He stepped forward, ignoring the new spectator, and placed his hands on either side of her head again. The strange bluish light gathered around his hands as he closed his eyes, searching her mind for anything that had been overlooked...she was a stubborn one, no doubt a trait she had received from her father...Her mind was not completely at the mercy of the dark, and this, of course, could cause problems in the future. He opened his eyes again and the light spread around Jadira's entire body, healing any wounds and eliminating all pain from her body. If Yamishiro had any sort of luck, this act of kindness would ease her mind and wear away at her last bits of resistance.

Arkayid watched without emotion. "So. We shall continue this tirade then taking the easy way out...? That's old school." Arkayid said. The entire time, he ignored Sibel in her entirety, as if she were empty space.

Jadira pulled idly on the chains that held her captive,
A sigh escaped her lips as she stretched her renewed limbs, and proceeded to glare moodily at Sibel.

The overpowering rush of darkness had subsided, but it was still part of her, she gently probed it with her mind as she glared at the sorceress.
Her dark mood evaporated however when Sibel offhandedly fingered the hilt of a jeweled dagger she liked to keep handy, Jadira remmembered all to well how smoothly the woman handled that wickedly curved knife, and she turned to Yamishiro. Tilting her head playfully she leaned towards him," That was a remarkably unpleasant experience." She stated nonchantly, and then smiled crookidly. "I rather enjoyed it... how odd..."

She couldn't recall meeting the young man who stood off to the side, but he seemed oddly familiar. He seemed oddly... draconic to put it bluntly, so he must be of either Teir or Domachi. Or he used to be, now he served her father...
The spirit that had guarded her for so long glided foreward, and peered intently into its charge's eyes. "This isn't the same woman whom I was charged to guard... She has been... twisted somehow, perhaps not permantently as my lord had said-" She nodded curtly at Arkayid, and then faced Yamishiro with a slight frown, "Nevertheless, my services are no longer required, with your leave, I will return to my master's side."
Without waiting for an answer, she merely bowed, and dissapated, drifting off towards the veil.

"Sibel. Where you got those sadistic urges is beyond me." He rumbled. "It is amazing that you are some how capable of serving our lord." He shifted his weight, and subtly started gathering power, to create a shield that would cancel out Sibel's magic. It was a wondorous thing, the Royal Library of Teir. You could learn a lot from it. And that was what he did.

Shunting a tiny trickle power to a conjuration spell, he summoned one of the various defensive spellbooks he had encountered, and began memorizing a new spell.

(OOC: sorry, I feel terrible, I need to get Jadira to Laos though, can you help me out, then I'll reply. I'm sort of at a loss as to how to reply at this point.)

Yamishiro tilted Jadira's face back toward his and stared into her eyes intently, it was obvious that she had not completely succumbed to the darkness...the good ones were always so damned hard to break. However, maybe with time and a few more "sessions" he would be able to turn her. He stepped back slightly and raised his hand toward the chains that bound her, releasing her as blue light wrapped around the chains and snapped them cleanly in half. "If you'd just follow me." He said as his eyes glowed blue and the blue light engulfed the entire scenery around them, clearing the illusion that had been set on the area and dispelling it completely. He stepped through the door that burst open on command and his eyes faded back to normal. He made his way down the dreary hallway once again and back into the room where he had last seen Laos. Stopping in the middle of the room and looking toward Laos who had transformed into his demon form once again. Yamishiro bowed his head lightly in his lord's presence.

Sibel merely smiled at Arkayids flippant remark, she could serve Laos much better than Arkayid. He need not know all the details, he consistantly seemed to forget that it was she who cast the spell that brought them to their cause, and with a word she could have him destroy his very homeland, and there was nothing he could do to stop it. (OOC: at least as far as she knows ^^,)

The demon lord appraised his converted offspring with a critical eye, He chuckled softly to himself with the irony of the situation.
" Thou hast exceeded my expectations Yamishiro... Her will is strong, only one with your abilities could have taken her this far." He stretched casualy, his talons clicking, and scraping across the floor. His gaze flickered to a small form in the corner of the room, trembling as the pool of blood bathed his fingertips, and continued to advance staining his hands and knees.
With inhuman speed, Laos had crossed te room, and impaled the human with one long, black, glistening talon, and ripped him in half with his teeth.
The rest of his body servents watched with an emotionless expression as their Lord returned to his place at the head of the chamber. With each step he took, a cloud of dark mist grew denser about his heavily muscled form, and by the time he reached his destination he had resumed his human form. Draping himself across his throne, he smiled coyly and motioned for Jadira to stand infront of him.
she complied of course and he took her hand, pulling her closer.
"Jadira... Join me, take up your place at my side and you will rule over more than that pitiful Esperanza."
His timeless grey eyes glowed in the flickering torchlight, and he grinned with bloodred teeth, licking the blood from his lips.
The Queen of Esperanza was gone, before his stood the daughter of pure evil, he could see it reflecting in her emerald green eyes.
Laos stroked the side of his daughters face, and summoned his power condenscing it, changing it to suit his needs. He held out a hand, and watched as the amulet shimmered into existance on his palm.
" These are your powers Jadira, the ones Sibel took from you, your demonic birthright. I give it back to you. You body, which has been weakened as time spent with only human blood pumped through your veins, can directly withstand the poison power of your heritage no longer. This amulet will transform you, permanently, until you learn to control these powers once again. It will never come off as long as you live, your life is now mine to do with as I wish."
He clasped it around her neck, she threw back her head and screamed.
The scream shook the entire building, it chilled even Laos to the bone, as he watched her fall to her knees and begin transforming before his very eyes. Her ears lengthened, and tapered off into delicate points, like those of an elf. Her eyes bled red, and pupils narrowed into dangerous slits.
She arched her back, and wailed as leathery wings burst from her shoulder blades, and her tailbone lengthened dramatically, producing a long pointed tail.
Her complexion paled to a creamy ivory, as she clutched at her head, long elegantly curved horns bursting from between her fingers.
It stopped as abruptly as it had began, and Laos gazed down at her trembling form.
Elysia was still kneeling before him, Sibel stood off to the side, and Yamishiro at the fore.
"I want her taken to the spare room next to mine. She is to be treated as what she is, my daughter, only as long as she retains the beliefs Yamishiro has so kindly implanted in her mind. Should dhe revert back to her normal self, Kill her. Kazuko will arrive shortly, then we have things we must discuss.

Her long, slow foot steps echod throughed the corridor with every step that brought her closer to the room where she was supposed to meet Laos. As she stopped in front of heavy, bleak doors, a shrill scream pierced her ears. Kazuko clutched her head and ears and dropped to her knees to the cold, stone floor, to try and drown out the noise, but it reached someplace deep inside her, where it was as clear as ever. It seemed to last forever, the scream, yet it also seemed to have never existed, when it finally stopped. Stunned, Kazuko brought herself up to her feet, just in time to dodge out of the way of the doors which had just swung open by a couple of people carrying someone she knew to be as Jadira. The daugher of one of her mother's wretched friends. She heard Laos' voice give orders and mention her arrival to be shortly. Shorter than you thought, Laos. Kazuko thought.
"You called, my Master?"
Kazuko spoke in a calm voice, leaning against the entrance to the room Laos and company were in, arms crossed.

Yamishiro held back as Jadira made her way toward Laos. Suddenly, her screams echoed through the room, wings sprouting from her back and horns piercing through her flesh, Yamishiro sighed...if you've seen one demonic transformation, you've seen them all. As Jadira was carried away, Yamishiro stepped forward. "M'lord." He said, acknowledging the praise for a job well done, no matter how lax it may be. "She isn't...stable..." He said stating the obvious, but addressing an important matter nonetheless.
