My own cosmos. .. Alright, maybe not that far. Actively draw comics for myself every single day. Make my days off count and really explore the city, I fell out of that habit when I hit junior year. Now I'm graduated, I'm an adult, and I don't have finals. I should be able to hit the town more often. Oh. And loose 20 lbs, gain well toned abs and etc. I figured I'd just jump on that bandwagon.

Like many of the others I plan to loose weight. I'm at about 260 and would like to get back down to 220.
Also I'd like to quit smoking

Peter Benjamin Parker Clark~Kent How do you tell the percentage of body fat? There are a couple of ways. Some more accurate than others. Most involve your height, weight and/or neck and waist sizes. This is an online one I just found, but I haven't a clue how accurate it is. http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/pi.shtml Height 5' 11" Weight 200 lbs. 36" Waist
Estimate #1 based on height and weight Your "Ponderal Index" is 12.14 which gives an estimated body fat of 30.9% (61.8 pounds of fat)
Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight Estimated body fat of 17.3% (34.6 pounds of fat) cry

Save money for May. Work my a** off to keep the money flowing in.
Complete home improvements and baby prep. Do whatever it takes to make sure everyone stays healthy.
Testing prep and training. Live through said testing.
Defend current title, and if I don't make sure I've got some trained to keep it in the dojo. That belt ain't goin' nowhere if i can help it.
Try to write and draw sometime this year.

Well since my Resolution from last year (don't get sick on any more holidays) was a bust... I don't know about making one this year. I want to attempt to drop one pant size. That's all I ask.
