Well for me a "crack" couple is two people not expressing any sign of attraction towards the opposite person, and from what I've seen thus far they have not.. Also something to keep in mind, you said that GaaSaku could happen..but from the manga isn't (highlight for spoiler) Gaara dead? Or am I mistaken? Then again I see no problem with it, better then SasuSaku any day..But I don't support gaasaku, I'm sorry to say. I'm more of a gaahina and dare I say gaatema (guilty pleasure xD) supporter.

yay i'm not the only one who likes the haku pairings, but yeah, i was trying to think of my favorite pairings and i ended up putting haku with them, just don't think he'd be good with sasuke
yeah, female haku would workbetter with gaara, just know thosee aren't the order i like them, they're just when i thhought of them
