And I'll share my idea once I get it figured out XD I'm leaning more towards an African themed Fa'e though that's for sure at the moment... ))

Edit: After much deliberation, I've decided to bring back Xo. She's been haunting me for much too long a time and I can't let her go. :/ So I guess after all this time I'm going to throw myself into this again and see what happens. :3
Incidentally: Yeah, "she". Though both of the Gods from whom she takes parts of her spirit were male, there was an important female, mortal component, that which actually keeps the other two in check and balance, and in the end the female gender actually seems more appropriate for the final result of the disaster. :p Besides, "Xochitl" is a pretty feminine name anyway. (If you can find out what it means I'll give you a cookie.)
Also: Xo lost her wings, they are now symbolic only.
Xochitl herself was inspired by the following poem, written by Netzahualcoyotl, the Poet King, in the early 1400's:
"Ika tlen ni yazki"
With which memory I must leave?
"Amitla ni tenyo tilliuh tlakuitlapan tlallipan"
Should I leave nothing about me in this earth?
"Keh ni kichiua noyolohzin"

Old Concept ~rambles about her concept~ o.o;
First off, she's got no name. She has a phrase that she responds to as a name, but it is not a name. It's simply what she's called. I realize that probably makes sense, but should she ever have the chance to exist I promise you'll get it. n_n;;
My dream fa'e's background is a secret. u.u; I will mention that I based in her Norse mythology, though the myth surrounding her is my own creation. But her background is hush-hush. :X Cuz I like keeping that sort of thing a surprise. >_> I need to ask Puchi about a few things to avoid messing up Aadil's plotline though.
I already know how she'll develop and what path she would choose. I know the sort of people she'd like, and how she'd act. I know what her favorite foods would be, and what clothes she'd like to wear. I know the manner in which she'd speak, and I can imagine the way she'd move. I can see the way the world would reflect in her eyes. She's as close to me as character's I've been playing and developing for years.
The funny thing is, though, that I've got no idea what she looks like. I have nearly every detail of her past life planned out. I know the path she'll eventually choose when the time comes. I know this girl inside and out, and I don't have the faintest idea how she looks. That doesn't make her any less important to me though. I just..find it rather amusing. XD ~ruins her pretty prose with an emoticon~
And yes, I know I "have" Sire. >_> But he is NOT mine. I'm merely babysitting him - full control of him reverts back to Arrikanez as soon as is possible.
Edit: :X Okay, so she's all one big secrety concept. But she's awesome. I swear. \o.o/ Secondary Concept o_o; Mmkay. Concept evolved. S/he's still got a bit of background in Norse mythology, but s/he's not really from that area, persay. >_> It'd be kinda hard for it to be from any particular place. S/he's not really from anywhere. o.o Cuz. S/he is like a piece of nothing.
And I still dunno what s/he'd look like. >_> But that's how it's supposed to be with this concept. I imagine s/he'd wear a black hooded cloak or something similar, and you wouldn't be able to see beneath the hood to get a glimpse of facial features. And there wouldn't be any obvious body parts.
The personality would be a blast though. XD Very bland - irritatingly so, I believe. Like, if that guy from the clear-eyes commercials acts the way his voice sounds, that'd be the sort of personality this concept would have.
Um. Can't think of anything else I wanna put here. ^^; But I think I like this version of my concept better than the first. Follow the link to my dream fa'e. :O Zita

A Dream of Kurai Mizu (Dark Water)Dream Journal
I've always loved cautionary tales and urban legends, so I thought this would be a good way to mix it in with a Fa'e dream. My idea is sort of a mix of Frankenstein's monster, Sadako (Ringu), Samara (The Ring), the ghosts from Ju-On, and some traditional Japanese ghost stories. Here's the basics of my dream, I plan on writing out more information and making some art to go along with it:
Moorgahaine decides to create his own Fa'e, rather than trouble the Life Weaver with a request. He collects small amounts of energies from the Fa'e (and their gaurdians) who enter his shop. However, the experiment goes very... wrong. He ends up creating a little girl who is a walking curse.
Living in the shop just makes her worse- because she absorbs ambient energies the tomes, talismans, wands, customers, etc. bleed off. She's a passive psychic and magical sponge, which fuels her lifeforce and power. The energies get drawn in, twisted, and compacted into her core being. Her powers are based on psychic abilities and fear. Needless to say, she's not a people person.
She starts as a little girl, not an infant (part of Moorgahaine's error during creation). Her eyes are solid black, and her skin is deathly pale and sallow. She looks Japanese, with long black hair that reaches her waist. Her build is very thin.
She always wears a long white dress that covers her from neck to ankle, wrist to wrist. It's a bit like Witch Hunter Robin's dress, in design:

Her personality is withdrawn, quiet, and very dark. Hatred and violence is always just beneath her calm surface. She prefers solitude, but will interact with people when it can't be avoided. Her sense of humor is very twisted and morbid. She also has a love of water and shadows.
She is completely amoral. Those around her would probably consider her evil. To her- right and wrong, good and evil are false concepts. She sees things in terms of positive and negative energy, nature and technology, and balance. Moral codes are nothing more than fantasies people cling to, in her opinion. And while she does believe balance exists, she doesn't particularly care if it is maintained.
And that's all for the basics. I'll add more later, and try to work on some artwork to go along with it.

I finally feel satisfied with my dream Fa'e, Aysha ^^ And all the info about her can be found HERE! I would have pasted it, but I didn't want to take up too much space on this thread. xp
Also, I'm always open for constructive criticism... opinions and/or suggestions ^^

Just because I'm a nut.. here's my quest thread. My dream Fa'e's name is Mitsuoujou..she's based off of Norse mythology ^__^ She's quite a complex character, having her personality and the spirit of a rather.. spirited..Valkyrie (named Skuld) reborn into her by accident. It's actually a bit entertaining to think about. o_o; Meh, my quest sucks, but oh well. ^___^ heart
