I think it was the episode when they first met Gaara that planted the idea of GaaSaku in my head. Then the fanfiction, which was really good at the time, started to show how plausible it was. And the part where she helps revive him just sealed the deal for me.

x r a t e d S e i I actully got into the GaaraxSakura pairing from a girl on Deviantart.Her name is Kikikun!I love her artwork and her gaaraxsakura art actully got me into the pairing and my love for the both of them grew when I started reading fanfictions about them xD;
If it wasn't for DA and Fanfiction.net I would probally still be a SakuraxSasuke fan but I'm not too big on that pairing anymore (no offence to the ones that like them together n.n)
But, it was pretty much Kikikun that got me into them xD Kikikun's stuff is generally okay to me, she makes Gaara a bit too OOC for me. confused
Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only one that saw GaaSaku in the series itself instead of fanworks! heart

i have loved gaasaku since i was taught to read japanese and read the manga. I was also thrilled with the anime, except sometimes sakura would annoy me with all the 'sasuke-kun!'. I remember yelling at computer or tv 'sakura! you're supposed to be gaara's!'. Yeah, i'm obsessed with this pairing. Had to go to therapy because of it. xd I feel so alone when it comes to the obsessiveness.

Kikikun's stuff is alright.
Her art isn't all that great, neither is the charactisation.
But she makes hell-a funny stuff sometimes.

Hehe, The way I got into this pairing was PURE curiosity, and a deep adoration of both of the characers, so I thought 'why not!?' and checked out a fic to it. Luckily for me, it was really good, so I loved it ever since!

I think what got me into GaaraxSakura.... my friend said that Gaara meant like Sakura... and than... i though about it..... and i was like Yea.... i like this pairing because... they just seem right for each other...

Um, well I loved NaruHina for a long time (still do) and I thought I might take a look at some other pairings. SasuSaku just didn't work out for me. So, I tried GaaSaku. I thought it was kinda wierd for a while, but I soon learned to love it. I am now obbsessed with it. xd

I saw a fanart of GaaraSakura and it was cute. Then I read some good fanfiction and that dov me into this pairing... Good fanfiction tends to make me a bigger fan of pairs I like.

In StoneThe link you see above is to a fanfiction. I was browsing through fanfiction one day when I came across this. I wasn't looking for GaaSaku, or anything in particular. After reading it, I became hooked on it, and I still wait for installments. This was so well written, that I started thinking about the pairing, and I noticed how much I really liked it. This was about a year and a half ago. From that day, my liking for the pairing has kept on growing. After reading it, I looked for art, and other fanfiction that would interest me. However, I haven't found any other fanfiction that has caught my attention such as this one. It might be long, but you should read it. It's definately worth it. <3

It's very dificult for me to find any book that I like, let along a fanfiction. I'm very picky with grammer, descriptive words, and plot. She managed to cover all of those and more. <3
