I got 30k worth of points
add the flute to my weapons list
flute name:Heavens wrath
When played a tune chakra is boosted if the tune is not interupted nothing happens whoever the users wants to get a chakra boost will including the user and allies
(is there somthing wrong with this)

Type biggrin efensive
Cost:Sharngan LVL3
-The User spins fast enough in a tornado of fire to block every attack except water based jutsu
-added side efect when user is spinning he can also perform the jutsu an opponet is doing with the help of sharingan

New Made up: Hidden Leaf, Wind & Tree ONLY.
Tatsumaki Genkotsu Konbo (Tornado Fist Combo):
User uses Kage Bushin no Jutsu or Mass Replication to make tons of clones, who all use the Tornado Fist, charging at the opponent. They then all erupt in smoke, blinding their enemy. The real user comes speeding through the smoke and nails their opponent.

Gaia Name: Bonedragon17 RP name: Bone and Jason Akasun Made up Technique: Clan Adaption level 1 This technique will allow me to have my character to be able to learn all techniques from a clan of one choice. After choosing a clan, I can't change it and I won't be able to lean any other clan techniques other than the clan I chose that is not of my original clan or my clan of choice. (I'm going to be choosing Uchiha because their Chidori combinations are making me curious.) Alright. I need everyone's vote on this. Either a yes or a no. The downside is on the page before this.

i think that this is not that powerful
its just being able to use ashura senku on somtjing other than yourself
to protect a friend or somthin
not very powerful

I vote no on Bones technique because again that defeats the purpose of a clan technique. now, if you were to say be able to learn a few techniques of a clan so long as they werent bloodline abilities I would say ok
