What about ECW its a brand? Its gettin better and better as it goes. With the addition of Bobby Lashley, its a force to be reckoned with.
I sort of gave up on ECW. I can't watch it straight threw...it bores me to tears. So I pre record it with my DVR and skip pretty much the whole show except when CM Punk, Mahoney, or Thorn is featured.
Bobby Lashley is being pushed too hard too soon on that show. The WWE just tossed him on the program and made him champion. He doesn't have the mic skills nor the charisma needed to carry a decent feud let alone a whole show. I was a fan of Lashleys back when he was on SmackDown! but I'm starting to hate the guy on ECW.
The only way ECW can draw me in as a fan at this point is to make CM Punk champion.

If we are basing this purely on contracted talent SmackDown! is always going to win. They have:
Matt Hardy: Gives us great matches. Had the match of the year in 2000 and 2001 according to PWI. He can get the crowd fired up. Not to mention the fact that with Matt Hardy comes Jeff Hardy.
Gregory Helms: He doesn't fly like the other cruiserweights but he constantly gives us quality matches. The only gripe I have with the WWE is that they're not letting him defend his title.
Kane: Come on... Everyone loves Kane.
Brian Kendrick: An awsome wrestler. Way better then London. He impressed me in Ring of Honor and he was beyond awsome in Full Impact Pro. I think he had one good match in TNA. I'm glad he's back in the WWE and hopefully he'll claim the Cruiserweight gold soon...but hey. If things don't work out he can always come back to Full Impact Pro (aka my favorite promotion, lol)
Ken Kennedy: This guy is just coming out of a terrible feud where he wasn't able to showcase his ability...but trust me this guy can wrestle. I have a feeling he'll be on Raw soon though...eh, it'll give me a reason to watch. He'll be WWE Champion some day.
Paul London: Not as good as Kendriks but still an awsome wrestler. He can put on a great match. Hopefully he and Kendriks will be pushed hard as a tag team because they honestly can be the next Hardy Boys...but if not he can always fall back on that cruiserweight title. You just can not hate someone who won an ECWA Super 8 Tournament.
William Regal: Everyone says Beniot is the best techincal wrestler...I'm going to disagree with them. Regal is #1 in my book. Regal is one guy that deserved more out of his WWE career. Hopefully one day he'll hit the indepents so we can see a dream match between Regal and the American Dragon...or even better Regal vs. Samoa Joe.
Undertaker: No matter how bad his feud with Kennedy was...you just can't hate the dead man.
Jimmy Wang Yang: This guy is beyond awsome. His matches define the term cruiserweight. They are fast paced, exciting, and worth paying for. His gimmick is a little off I'll give you that one but man this guy can fly. Too bad he didn't wrestle with this much energy when he was Akio.
Rey Mysterio: A good wrestler. He's slown down over the years but I still love little Rey Rey.
Finlay: He's an awsome talent. I didn't watch much WCW back in the day (I was a Raw loyalist during the monday night war) but what I did catch of Finlay was enough to make me a fan. I marked out when his promos aired on SmackDown!
Batista: He's actually a pretty decent wrestler. He's better then people give him credit for. He's not as good in the ring as Lashley but he's got the charisma and mic skills needed to carry the show.
The only ones I really care for on Raw right now are:
Triple H
Shawn Micheals
Carlito
Umaga (was better when he was Jamal though)
Jeff Hardy
Randy Orton
and Super Crazy
I'm happy about The Worlds Greatest Tag Team getting back together...but god...they have got to get the tag title away from RKO and DX. The real tag teams like WGTT and Cryme Tyme will never get anywhere as long as those super teams carry the straps.
