Tube trains don't have air-con, just ventilation.
Red Ken has invited all & sundry to come up with ideas to cool the tube network. I think there's a 'special prize' too

Heh, I remember water fights at school. The teachers got really pissed off everytime, but we still carried on. It was way too hot to NOT have water fights.
