Sweetie I wouldn't make your character that old if you are a 14th gen. I would really consider making yourself younger. The older you are with those stats the weaker your character is overall. I mean think about it. You have lived for almost a century and yet there are brand new vamps being embraced today that are just as strong if not stronger. If you make yourself a new vamp then the stats are a bit more acceptable and you can always eat yourself to a lower gen.

Okay, wait oooone second. So, obviously, 14th gen sucks. That I understand. I really would like to change it, but I guess you can only roll the dice once or something. Sooo I guess that means I'm stuck...but you detailed ways I could lower it, and THOSE are what confuse me....*blonde moment*...so do you think you could explain that again? sweatdrop Thanks!

Don't worry sweetie. Its easy. In addition to all your normal dots, you get five to put into backgrounds. Backgrounds are external additions to enhance you character's back story. Things like allies (friends), resources (money), herd (humans that allow themselves to be vampire food), contacts (people you can get favors from but for a price), and generation (how many generations your character is from Caine). So if your character is supposed to be rich you should have at least 3 dots in resources. And If you don't want to be a 14th gen, put one of your five dots into generation. This will mean you are one generation closer to Caine. If you want to be even closer just keep putting points in. You could go all the way down to 9th but then you would have to use freebie points for anything else.

Gen 8 means a Gen 7 sired you. Could be 10 years old or even just made and be a Gen 8. Age doesn't matter for Gen. smile

The older your character is (in years) does determine how far there mind is. Living too long will make you crazy but gen isn't efected by that.
As for my humanity, I still have mine.
