"Of course, its a gift from you." He said, looking down at his food when it was delivered and gave a happy sound. It was a pleasent change of pace to get to eat a meal that he didn't have to prepare himself or didn't come out of a box. He started to eat it happily, glancing over now and again at Emer, he felt his heart racing a bit. Was odd, such excitement. If he weren't so overwhelmingly oblivious when it came to women he might understand the feeling he was experiancing.

Instead he just took another long sip of wine as if to calm his racing heart, "I am glad we went out like this." He told her, smiling.

"Hurts some, not bad though." He said, reaching over to get the back to the earring that Kale was wearing and put it on, "Still want second one?" He would understand if Kale didn't, the fact that he had in fact gotten the one done was good enough by him.

He looked over at her for a moment then nodded his head, "Yeah, I think that we should. I mean we used to do a lot together and no so much lately." He murmured then gave a little laugh, "Though with this new job of mine, who'd of thought? Me, a teacher. And a father."

Ter grinned, fangs showing, "Good. Can't be weak." He told Kale, ruffling his hair. He was bigger, so he could act it older even if Kale was ahead of him in time if not size. "Red one?" He asked, confirming as he scooped it up.

"Now, want chain to run between them? Or no?" He asked.

"I always heard the best person to make security systems are the ones that spent time breaking into them." He said, then gave a smile, "And I think that you are a good mother, Kale loves you. Ligeia likes shopping with you, and even Ter listens to you for the most part."

He nodded, "Alright." He tapped the right side of the giraffe's nose, "This side then." He cleaned the red gemmed piercing that was made for one's nose and then looked up at Kale, "Ready?" He asked as he lifted up the piercer.

It would seem that they would get away with this. Apparently not thinking ahead to the fact that Emer would notice. After all Orpheus didn't seem to notice so long as he did his own piercings slowly. He didn't notice if they were one at a time. What was one more after as many as Ter had?

He gave a laugh, "Its a good job, you know I took a kid climbing? We scaled all thirty stories of the D-corp building, Ligeia helped a pair of ravens learn to fly, and a bunch of other fun but odd things." He said, laughing, "I love my students though, I like them all even if one of them referred to me as 'Gramps'."

Ter gave a squeak, tossing the piercer onto the bed, "Ah! No... It will be fine, just need ice!" He squeaked. He wanted for Kale to be happy, not to cry. That would get them into trouble! He looked over at the door and just as he did there was knocking.

"Terpsichore! Kale? What are you two doing!" Ligeia called through the door. He tried to open the door but found it stuck.

"Ganne, Baroness!" Vorel barked and the wyvern found herself moving at the command... then gave a snarl as she realized what she had done. To late though as the Frost pushed into the room then Ligeia came in.

"What did you do?" He said, looking at Kale who was holding his nose then at the guilty looking snake.

"Nothing! He asked for it!" He snapped, hood flaring out.

"What!" He hurried over to Kale, trying to see if it were bad...

"Thank you." He said, looking down at his plate and flushed a little bit.

Ligeia's dark eyes widened then he looked over to Ter, fluttering his ear tufts before he turned to hurry over to Vorel, he took off the handkercheif he was using to tie back his hair and held it out to his dragon, "Ice?"

The dragon drew in a breath and breathed out over the cloth, freezing it over. He then tossed it to Kale, "Put that on your nose." He said then turned to Ter,"I will deal with you later." He then turned and hurried off to the phone to call the restaurant.

At the restaurant a waitress came over to the table, "You two have a call. Do one of you want take it? Sounds importnat." So she guessed from the tone of the one on the other end.

Orpheus lifted an eyebrow then looked over at Emer, "Ahh, yeah. If you get that I can pay the bill." He said to her, he'd almost expected this call so he wasn't sounding to worried. Yet.

"Miss Eeeemer!" Ligeia's voice, his 'e' getting drawn out again because he was sounding rather upset, "I-I thought theeey were playing good... b-but... now..." There was a sniffling sound, this was a bad sign. He hadn't done very well with the babysitting had he? "T-Ter and Kale... and Kale's got red on his nose and was crying... I'm sorry! What should I do?"

Ter flailed his arms at Kale, "Stop. Stop crying, gonnna get in trouble!" He squeaked. He was panicked more over the fact that the boy was crying and Ligeia was... doing something then the fact then the fact that he'd pierced Kale.

Baroness sat back on her haunches, glaring at Vorel who seemed to be watching after the two kids and the wyvern as if they were going to get in more trouble if not under his supervision.

Orpheus tossed a tip onto the table, "Well it lasted longer then I figured." He said, hoping that Ter hadn't bitten Kale or anything so dangerous as that. Ligeia knew where the antivenom was though so that would be something that could be taken care of though a doctor visit would still be in order. The redhead swept up his coat and then followed after the woman out of the place.

Ter gave as sigh of relief, good. He was crying so that meant that it would be ok when Ligeia came back, right? He looked over towards the door then pushed up on his coils, "Come on. Show Ligeia your good." He said to Kale, holding a hand out to him. So long as he knew then things would be ok!

Vorel turned and slipped out of the room to find Ligeia. Once he was gone Baroness hissed after him, tail lashing. She then smiled with pointy teeth at the two boys, then hurried after Vorel to see what that monster was up too.
