"No pinching though." It was more of a request then an actual demand as Lian put the squirming girl to the ground. Freed, his hands moved to the lobsters hair once again and he almost sighed. "No opinion on clothes? At all? I'll let Cleo decorate you, you know."
Xiao gave a little trill at that, her tone one of amusement, and her large frame relaxed. The purple frame moved to butt her muzzle against Azoc affectionately. Boy liked her. So, she couldn't be that bad!
"Wha'colors you like?" Cleo was taking Lians threat as a promise and she was getting straight to work! "Pink? Yellow? Green or blue or violet?"

Smiling, Azoc raised her claws and brushed them against the dragon gently, making sure not to harm it. She didn't remember what Lian had called the dragon, but she glanced over to Cleo and smiled.
"I like whatever Lian likes." Smilegrin. She looked up to her brother a lot.

"I..." Cleo faltered at that and looked over at the panda boy. He stared back into her wide golden eyes in bafflement and amusement at the same time and he gave his new cousin a shrug.
She heaved a sigh and peered around the stores. "Alright. There." Instead of grabbing Azocs hand like she usually would someone else, Cleo bounced into a store near them.
Lian smiled faintly, his hand moving to a purring Xiao and to Azoc. "Come on... We might as well. If you don't get any clothes, he could get even more snippy." So in they went!
Xiao rested outside, curled in a happy purple ball of contentment.

"'Kay!" Azoc skittered over to where Cleo had gone, giving Xiao one last pat before glancing in, awed at the selection.
Where on earth were they supposed to start? And just what clothes did the colorful bird-girl have in mind?
"Hey... I'm Azoc!" The lobster girl held her claw out gently for Cleo to take. She wasn't going to pinch; Lian stated that fact clearly.

Cleo was already holding jeans - loose and light on the kid! - and was looking at shirts by the time Azoc skittered in with Lian close behind. The lobster girl was met with a curious look and she reached out with her free hand to shake the claw in return, smiling back rather shyly.
"'M Cleo. An' yer pers'nal shoppah for t'day!" She bounced right back, giving the girl a wide smile.
"Lee-Lee likes pan's an' t'shir's, so I was lookin' at those. yeah?"
The pants were held up for Azocs inspection, her head canting to the side curiously.

Azoc whistled low, impressed. "I like it." She glanced to Lian, grinning, though was out of his earshot. "So you call him Li-li?" Glacing back to the clothes, Azoc spotted one in particular, drawn to it like a fish to cold water.
"Whoahhh..."

"So y'like viole'." Cleo followed after her, leaning up to pluck the loose, short-sleeve shirt off of the rack. It was simple, but it was pretty. She approved. There were also tribal designs around the sleeves - something Cleo adored herself.
"Go try it on wi' some pan's an' we'll see how i'looks!" She beamed, pushing some pants and the shirts at Azoc. "An' I call him Li-Li cause it makes him mad bu' he pu's up wi' i' so I figure i' means he likes me."

"He's not that hard to please." Azoc murmured, before clacking her claw at Cleo. "I like ya. You're cool. Don't look like a monster though." Azoc tilted her head before taking the clothes with a grin and heading into the dressing room.
It wasn't long before she came out, dressed in that clothing and rather liking the feel of it. Though, if anyone mentioned that she looked feminine with it, off it would go.
Staring at Cleo now and in a bit better mood, Azoc rested a claw against her lip in thought. "Why you dressed in all frills? Do you actually like that stuff?" Her eyes were curious as her nose wrinkled, but the question was innocent; she was merely very curious.

"He's nice. An' why would I have'a look like a mons'er?" Her eyebrows furrowed curiously when the girl moved into the dressing room. While Azoc was still in there, it was when Lian arrived with some clothing for himself, blinking down at the confused firl.
"Monster is a good thing," He explained, lips pulling into another relaxed smile when he realized Azoc still remembered. Once the girl came out, she recieved two thumbs-up from the red panda. "You're lookin' good, monster. What do you think of these?" His own shirts were held up - msot of them had skateboarders on them, one had a chinese dragon winding around itself.
The goldcres merely shrugged. "I like th'yellow an' th'dresses. Yellow dresses go'sa have frills, I guess." Her outfit today didn't have many and she was getting bigger, which meant less frills for her, but still! The frills weren't s bad. "An'mam says I look pre'y.."

"Pretty isn't for me." Azoc stuck out her tongue, blanching at the thought of herself in such fashion. She then eyed the chinese dragon one, smiling at the thought of that.
"Yea, I like that one." She glanced outside, curious at the dragon. "Doesn't she get bored?"

"Y'look nice anyway..." Cleos voice was small, shoulders hunching a little bit. SHe liked teh color blue, even though it wasn't quite yellow. And it suited the girl well! So there. She got a compliment, whether she liked it or not.
The fluffball grinned at Azocs approval and he gave her a wink. "I think they may have some in your size too. We could match. What do you say?" A pause and he threw a glance outside where he could see the bit of Xiaos head that was peeking over the ledge. "Naw... Xiao likes to people-watch. Sometimes I think I'm her subject, instead of D-Corps."

Glancing to Cleo, Azoc thought for a moment before wrapping an arm around her and pulling her with towards that section, grinning tomboyishly at the girl.
"We can have Cleo match!" Raising her other claw, she gave the goldfinch a rather hearty noogie.

"M-match?" She squeaked out. Cleo had never had someone be so outwardly touchy-feely before, especially after first meeting them. There was Jem but when she first met her, the other woman had been more into touching Cleos mam then the bird girl herself. "C'n I ha' yellow?"
The magic question. The noogie caught her by surprise, made her squeak and wriggle her butt like a hyper dog. Lian watched it all with an amused little grin, winking lightly at the lobster girl. "I'll go see if I can find them, then."

Grinning all the more at Cleo's antics, Azoc grinned heartily at her. "Yellow works! Red for me, Blue for Li-li, and Yellow for Cleo~" She half sung, then spotted something in the corner, eyes going wide.
"Can we get that for Li-li's dragon?"

Cleo peeked at her, her hands on her face so she culd peer through her fingers. "Red looks good on you too," She agreed, voice baffled and shy behind her hands as she skirted up behind Azoc to peer at the item she was thinking of for Xiao.
"Pur'le face? 'Hink sh'needs t'wris'ban's?" The goldcrest was curious, craning herself over Azocs shoulder to peer at them.
Lian paused, eyebrows arching as he picked up one of the large bands. "They're headbands, Cleo. They'll fit Xiao when she gets a little older... D'dragons sweat, Azoc? They'd look decorative on her, anyway."
