I got them all too. Except for Berrit. Here are my ratings from 1 to 10, 10 being the best and 1 being the worst.
Date with Aeris: 2
Aeris's date was just stupid. No I'm not saying that because I hate her, I'm saying that because through out the ride she keeps talking about Zack and how she finally realizes that Cloud is not like him. I was like "Duh stupid it's about time you figured that out." Then she goes on saying "I want to meet you" and Clouds like "What?" I just thought the whole scenario was just stupid. stare
Date with Tifa: 7
Tifa's date was really going good until she let her love confession get interrupted by the fire works. It was kind of a let down since I really thought she was finally going to say it. If I were her I would have leaned over and told him in his ear. But then again if I were her I would be going after Vincent instead of Cloud. blaugh
Date with Yuffie: 10
Yuffie's date was by far the best one out of the three. She's the only one that had the guts to actually go up to Cloud and kiss him. It looked like it could have been an mouth to mouth kiss too! xd
Date with Barret: 0
I never even bothered going on a date with Barret because I just thought that was wrong. talk2hand
Date with Vincent: 100
Ha ha just kidding. Although I wish it were possible. I can dream can't I. rolleyes

The barret date is great because he just sits there looking angry throughout the gondola ride! I got the Aeris date mostly, because i spoke to her more often. Shes my favourite!

The Yuffie date you get by answering wrong, basically, to all Aeris/Tifa based scenerios. You go out of your way to be mean to them both... and you don't buy a flower from Aeris so Marlene doesn't get it (preventing the Barret date). Then you get Yuffie in your party as soon as bloody possible and be nice to her while keeping her there.
Barret's the same way, except you buy the flower and give it to Marlene... and you make sure your nice to him and Marlene.

I chose Aeris since she is just so much more fun than Tifa. Tifa's a bit depressing and Aeris is a bit of a spaz. XD

Well, in my first game, even talking with Aeris and sometimes mistreating Tifa ( Sorry Tifa! crying ) I got Tifa-san.
I'm not sure why since a guide said that you shouldn't talk to Aeris at all if you hope to get Tifa instead. Truthly, I think it's because I'd always ride the merry-go-round with Tifa, and no one else, really...
That's all I can think of why.
In my second game, almost as proof, I never went on the merry go round with Tifa, so instead, I got Aeris.

Talk to Jessie twice on the train home from the first mission:

When you enter Seventh Heaven, and you have a flower:
"Give it to Tifa" (+5 Tifa)
"Give it to Marlene" (+5 Barret)
If you talk to Tifa while she's behind the bar:
"I don't feel like it" --

When Tifa accuses you of leaving your childhood friend:
"How can you say that!" (+5 Tifa)

The conversation with Aeris after you awaken has no affect
at all. Treat her anyway you feel like.

Ask her to run and she
has to fight (-1 Aeris)
Push the right barrel (+1 Aeris)
When Aeris asks if Tifa is your girlfriend:

options that you could choose, but none of them seem to alter 'Affection'
values at all; even the ones that seem to *really* annoy the girls.

Stealing the Phoenix Downs from the Cokatolis nest does nothing to alter
'Affection' values. Neither does finding it but leaving it alone, for that
matter. And no, it doesn't even matter who is in your party at the time.
Another wasted opportunity, in my opinion.
Gold Saucer

Depending on who you choose first to accompany you in the Gold Saucer:

She's more active, less annoying and heaps more caring than Aeris.
