Other than when I was born, it was when I had to get stitches after splitting my chin open on the something in the kitchen when I was about 6.

I was 13 and had hurt myself pretty good. Not hospital worthy, but very painful, My Dad gave me a beer to numb the pain and when my mom found out I think it was my father who needed to be numb!!
