i know alot about BC Riches history...and to make an EXTRMELY long story short...the company has gotten into the wrong hands severaltimes over. They were amazing guitars in the 70s and 80s, with tone to more then match the shapes, but were bought out and the bronze appeals to the 13 year old slipknot wannabe with no money.

horrorstories from the board that they recently took down include:
extremely bent neck, failing electronics shortly after purchase, horrid finishes, frets falling off, and fretboards falling off...THATS why you wanna stay away from the bronze series

i bet it doesnt sound to good, if the more expensive ones are bad i cant even imagine what the pickups in the bronze must sound like gonk

I asked her if she knew what kind it was & she said it was a Bronze Warlock. I'm not going to tell her anything yet & just see if hers gives her any trouble. Maybe it won't. It would suck if her first guitar was a piece of s**t.

They aint bad , I wouldnt buy one but maybe . The only one I ever really liked was the the iron bird .
