i loooove anthony bourdain's no reservations.... i have a lot of fun watching it. there was this argentinian channel called "el gourmet.com" and they had a program called "master sushi" with some japanese dude living in argentina and showed how to make sushi.. and he had another program called "wok" that showed how to make asian food... he was fun to watch. and on the discovery travel and living i think or people and arts they had this program called "surreal chef" or something like that... that was fun too..
i miss my cable + satellite tv... no cooking shows for me now emo

*Nods in agreement*
Old skool, voiced over judges Iron Chef kicked butt... the American version is crap.
I do like Nigella's cooking because she has nice rack redface and can't stand Bobby Flay because he such the high school jock jerk.
Rachel Ray should take a few culinary tips from her husband and the Barefoot Contessa should put some shoes on, ok, that was harsh the Contessa pulls out some good stuff from time to time.
Emeril has me rootin for him out of all the food network show hosts but only if I'm feeling uninspired.

Iron Chef first and foremost - old school dubbed. Iron Chef drinking game happens every week at my house. (Haven't heard of it? Google Iron Chef Drinking Game - you'll be amazed at the responses.
A cooking show that's caught my eye of late is 'The Two Hairy Bikers'.
Before that was 'Surfing the Menu'
There was a time (long ago) that Emeril Lagasse was a not to be missed show.
