acuna_ame than george would have blamed christina and all hell would break loose. what if izzi hadn't found out about alex sleeping with the nurse then alex would have messed up some other way and izzy would still get together with denny! what if merideth had been pregnant in the episode "who i am"... and it was finn's baby...? burning_eyes

After taking the test 3 different times Meredith would find out that the tests were wrong and Thankfully she was never pregnant at all because she didnt feel that way about Fin.
WHAT IF....Joe wasn't gay? would he be involved with one of the people from hospital?

If joe wasnt gay i see him being involved with plenty of people at the hopsital, not just one in particular.
