I think they changed some of the names because it's what they sound like in Japanese... which is kinda stupid...

Not sure if the last 2 are accurate, but I think it is. o.0;
June=Jun ((It's pronounced differently. The Chinese version (Juh-n) and the english version. (Juu-nuh-as in the month, June) I should know this. I'm the fanatic. @w@;;
Lyserg=His name is the same, though pronounciation was different. His name IS dubbed to prevent people asking why he was named after LSD ((Yes, Hiroyuki Takei-sama has a weird sense of humor..)) and Diethel is also pronounced differently because of it's drug-related-ness. ._.'
I'm thinking that's it, though there should be alot more I'm missing. ><; If you know, just tell moi, and I shall edit this page. ninja
I hear Chocolove was changed to Joko (in the game...)

i hated the dub...ZEKE!?!?!?!? MORTY!?!?!? *sigh* well i have teh DVDs, all of them, and i understand jap, so i guess its all right

U kno, they should've just put the japanese names. The english names suk. are you english well use canadian then

Sariia Yeah, they did. 4Kids ruins every anime they dub. sweatdrop Oh, and I think Morphin is spelled without the 'e'. And isn't it Ryu, with a 'u' not 'o'. Not sure though. XD that's nottaliking about 4k... like that... sad

the dubbing is a total mess. i've never seen any other dubbed show where they changed virtually all the characters' names. i turned hell upside down when i found out that they renamed horohoro trey. i mean, c'mon! trey is okay but horohoro's way better! scream i found this site a while back that had concrete evidence that the dubs were changed to suit a younger audience. i just forgot what. i was some sort of horohoro shrine or something. when i saw the dubbed version, i was really pissed and i was grumbling for a whole week. my friends were laughing at me for being so fussy but whatever. the dubs murdered the whole show.

O-Wata-Tsu-Mi burn it to the ground.. I was so heartbroken when i learned that horo-horo's name was changed to... (btw, did you know that "-chan" is mostly used for girls? O_o) and anyways, i prefer the name horohoro better. what's wrong with voicing our opinions?
